Yea, that’s the combat assist mode. Just turn off blind positionals option and movement is 100% yours.

That takes you to the thread/post for that specific grid. Download the attachment, then go to Miqobot, click “Share”, Import, import what you downloaded.

Well, it’s a required binding for a lot more than combat, but the entire bot that ever interacts with a window, so it’s not a specific requirement to combat but to the system as a whole.
