your best bet would be to grab a grid from the index for a low level item and just spam that to 10. then use the diadem scenarios (phase 3 right now) and just run those until 80. This is the fastest way to use miqobot to level a new gatherer. Just be sure to have some new gear bought before hand for leveling up. If using diadem i suggest buying a set for level 10, 60, 70+. vendor gear is enough to gather everything in diadem.
December 11, 2020 at 12:31 am in reply to: How long does it take for rotations to be updated? #25267I dont really know much about the crafting system in FF in general having only just leveled them like a month ago but i think miqobot’s crafting would probably be better than using your own macro. Especially if you haven’t done the job quests to get all the skills (guilty XD) Miqobot is very efficient at spending cp and also varies the rotation on procs. An in game macro only uses the same skills over and over and needs to be exact or it could result in a failed craft.
Ok so We know that 5.4 will change gathering and crafting. I dont see a reason to do gathering or crafting updates now while the system works already and pretty well. 5.4 will probably break gathering and crafting so having those updates moved up is pointless to discuss until after the patch.
If lv80 trust support is almost done that should remain the priority as it will have the lease amount of changes to fix come 5.4. Also the need for it still remains valid. The tomestone reward for completion will be changed from allegory and phanta to allegory and the new tomestone as they always do. And I say farming allegory will be very important for new crafts.
After this is implemented I think fixing and updating the gathering and crafting system to follow the new patch changes will be best. Miqobot staff cnd add any new updates and fix the old stuff all at once.
After that i dont really have an opinion on what should be a priority. I would enjoy QoL scenario updates but they aren’t urgent in any way. a lv61 unscyned dungeon/trial support for tank mount farming isn’t all that important to me either as the mounts are pretty ugly and not a priority for me. Not saying i wouldn’t use it if it was implemented.
I would like FATE farming to be automated for all maps. Will make future yokai events easier and make getting relic weapons easier. but i don’t have an opinion on its priority for implementation
you this topic reminds me, and im not sure how viable this is, but BLU support for masked carnival for grinding allied seals and poetics is also a good idea to add. I dont know anything about the logistics of creating a bot but this would significantly ease the burden on my gill for teleports if i have a way to farm allied seals XD
November 19, 2020 at 9:57 pm in reply to: rehashing old post: Asking the community: Thoughts on Open World Combat and #25020I honestly dont care at all about automating MSQ. I feel that defeats the purpose of playing a game. Bots should be only for the tedious work otherwise you would get no enjoyment from the game.
That said, i think a fully automated fate support would be great as i HATE fate grinds and with the new relic needing heavensward fates its become even more tedious.
I dont mind the restriction of only 1 instance of miqobot being able to do the open world stuff but i believe msq Should not be implemented.
As for being more exposed in open world, fate farming would be as exposed as mat gathering and that’s already implemented. and for people who would cry for a refund because they got banned well tough on them. Anyone botting should always be aware they can be banned at any time. it is the risk we choose to have the convenience of not having to do tedious work.

there are a few around floating around right now you can check the scenario list for them. If you are looking for one that does both you may need to combine some. I’ve only ever seen separate scenarios. The one ive attached is a complete one that i frankenstined from 2 existing one. It will farm MIN and BTN but will only boom on MIN. It will teleport you to foundation and teleport to firmament. It does 3 rotations of slot 3 and 4 for MIN then BTN then switches to do 3 rotations of slot 1 and 2 of both then restarts. I might have put in a gold saucer run for some minigames so that its not wasting a foundation teleport when it repeats.
You will have to change the key binds to what you have as i use custom key binds for my select npc and confirm and my cursor movement which you need for the enter and exit

You must be logged in to view attached files.I’ve done all the currant 3 star armor crafts with miqobot with no issue. It gets it HQ all the time but im also using this gear set
https://ffxivteamcraft.com/gearset/mTujsMLmUVSi6X3wjmkT
with those stats miqobot never fails HQ however i have noticed it doesn’t use some of the level 70+ skills. Idk if its just not programmed to or it finds them inefficient but the highest level skill ive seen it use the the level 71 touch skill
Well the thing is most of my keybinds are no longer default. I have changes almost everything to do with my other scenarios and my Num9 is actually no longer assigned so i cant even find out what its default is without screwing everything else up if i hit the set to default button. So if i don’t know what the original function of Num9 is i cant find the function to max out the item im buying for scripts. I thought confirm would work originally and was useing “Key(f1)” which is my custom keybind for confirm but that dose not max out the item in the script vendor. Which is odd cause it works for GC vendor.
** so i found the default function for num9 in the link so i got it working. Thanks for all the help.

In diadem the only mats you can turn in for scripts is phase 3. What you want to do for leveling is get the first slot whish is level 10 and farm that till you hit i think its 60 then hit the second slot which is level 60. farm that till 75 ish when you get at least 65-85% rate on the level 80 mats then farm those for the rest of your levels.
If you are leveling your crafters at the same time however its a little different. Your gonna wanna spam both first and second slot of each node all the way to 80 and completely skip the level 80 mats. so you have the mats to craft to 80. Crafters start at level 20 for ishgard restoration so your gonna want to go farm so quick low level stuff to craft your way to 20.
You can use Miqobot for all of this as all the grids exist on here. and the crafting calculator and bot can do all the crafting for you.
i just leveled all my gatherers and crafters on a brand new alt in like a few days this way
