    I’m pretty sure the beacons start from the closest to your start point and the numbers of the waypoint dont actually matter. So if your scenario or the place you start the gathering is closer to beacon 27 it will start there. The numbers on the waypoints dont really matter anyways as they are mainly for the Waypoint() command in scenario otherwise the movement/flight order just goes with the closest/fastest route.

    Using someone’s premade grid is also a way to get reported if to many people in the same world are using it, just saying. you should be making edits and adjustments for your grids to match your best scenario usage. Also adjusting teleport times for legendary nodes, in-between teleports, and so on. In the end you will have a whole different scenario and grid anyways. The premade grids on the forums are really just to get you started.

    (Taking the lowest possible estimate this is about when Endwalker drops, If that is the case I vote everything under this point be scraped to go after lv81-lv90 trust support)

    BlU support
    5.5 dungeon

    – FATE/Monster/Eureka/Bozja farming (overworld farming)

    this probably doesn’t have any higher risk for getting banned then open world gathering. Hell gathering puts you in a single location following the same path continuously which I think is even higher risk of other players noticing you then if you were moving through the whole map doing fates. but other then that I think the others listed were already agreed in general by the community not to do as they would be pointless in the long run?

    I agree that adding features that would make a higher risk for bans would be a bad idea. but I’m curious as to what features would be included in this list. From what I understand Miqobot does not preform any obvious hacking action such as animation/speed hacks. While open world combat would be suspicious to players its about the same level of risk as gathering So I don’t see it raising the risk level all that much to what we already have.

    So I’m basically wondering what features do other bots have that Miqobot doesn’t that the community feels is high risk? Also further on that what features are people leaving miqobot to other bots for do you think?

    I guess I wasn’t as clear as I thought I was. When I said the order should be Level 81 dungeon then 90 then 85 I didn’t mean they should all be one after the other.

    My thought process is this – Level 81 dungeon is an absolute because it is the best way to start leveling after 80 for alt jobs followed by a level 90 dungeon to farm tomestones. These 2 are absolute must i believe for Miqobot to keep its combat relevant.

    After these 2 dungeons I do not believe level 85 dungeon or level 90 rotation is high priority. As shown with hero’s gauntlet a level 70 rotation is capable of running level 80 content fine. so I’m in no rush for a level 90 rotation or a level 85 dungeon for leveling because if it really comes down to it I can just spam the level 81 till 90 if I really really don’t want to manually level a job. So both these updates can come after any other thing that the community wants worked on.

    But I believe if an intermediate dungeon is added it should be 85 even if its way after in like .2 or .4 update doesn’t matter. Mainly because a level 85 dungeon has the most benefit over any of the other dungeons for leveling due to the fact it is the first dungeon where you get improved gear drops over augmented tomestone gear from last expac.

    so to be a little more clear if we have a vote mine order of updates for miqobot vote for the expac drop would be

    Level 81 dungeon
    Level 90 Dungeon
    any gathering/crafting updates that are needed + Misc important updates due to other expac changes
    Level 85 dungeon
    level 90 rotation

    As a Miqobot user my personal vote on this topic would be a bit more precise. In terms of dungeon support for Trusts, I’d love if the order in which dungeons are made for the Trust combat assist would be the following:

    1. Level 81 dungeon: Just so we can automate leveling with efficient content in general, and also because level 81 rotations shouldn’t take that long to implement compared to level 90 rotations.
    2. Beta Level 90 dungeon: Because Tomestone farming is a major nuissance that should be possible to tackle asap. It doesn’t need to have level 90 rotations, but should be doable with level 81 rotations.
    3. Level 82 dungeon: In my opinion the support for a level 85 dungeon is just QoL, as it makes the level grind process quicker. With leveling in general (lvl 81 dungeon) and tomestone farming (level 90 dungeon) out of the way, the level grind can be made more efficient by implementing that dungeon.

    while i agree whit most of this i don’t agree that the supported leveling dungeons should be 81 and 83. I think 81 is optimal and good enough to get to 85 without needing to do the level 83 dungeon. But 85 will be the dungeon you are most likely to farm as based on past expansions it is the dungeon where you will need to get the gear to continue leveling easier. You will have to run it multiple time over the required amount to level. So the most optimal dungeons to get scripted for miqobot asap on expansion drop should be in this order.

    Level 81 > 90 > 85. Get tomestone farming done right after the first leveling dungeon as it will still be doable with a level 81 rotation then get 85 for both continued leveling of alt jobs and basic level gearing. Then after all this level 90 rotation should follow right after. Though I’m not sure its that pressing of a thing to develop as the devs tend to have MANY MNAY job changes throughout the expansion so idk if it will even be able to be completed till after the expansion is basically over.

    The old rotations didnt use level 80 skills unless they were skill upgrades to existing skills. for example red mage wouldn’t use scorch and sam wouldnt use Shoha. they were pretty minor but they made some classes less effective then other classes both in trust and in assist mode.

    Um is there something you get from Sohm Al that makes it more worth then to farm a trust dungeon that gives you more seals per piece and is free to run? it seems most of the scenarios use Sohm Al and not the 3 available trust dungeons.

    repeatall repeats everything that came before the line. repeatchapter only repeats the chapter the line is in. Im not sure putting repeat all first works but I’m also relatively new to scripting scenarios so idk what that would do

    +1 vote here. I def want level 81+ dungeons to get priority in endwalker. Both for leveling and tomestone farming as quickly as possible. The mats you buy with tomestones are always the best gil makers when they first drop More then gathered/crafted items.

    Keep in mind the monsters are ALSO getting their stats, hp and such squished the same amount as the player. Yoshi even stated that in said presentation. The difference between player stats to monster stats will be the same as it is now the numbers will just be smaller all around but due to the change in the curve Specific levels might be harder to do unscyned.

    And also someone stated that they could leave it harder for more repeat subs. Thing is Square has had many opportunities to go that route and they haven’t. FFXIV is the 1 mmo where they don’t care if people sub during the “off season” which is between large patches. They grab subs during big patches and let them drop between them often. I doubt they will purposefully make OLD content harder just to hold on to a minimal amount of subs. That fiscally might make sense but logically doesn’t due to the extremely large casual crowd FFXIV has. If this game was a majority hardcore players and raiders making old content harder and sprucing it up to be more fun might work but the majority of this game are casuals which will be driven away by harder content.

    TL:DR I Highly Doubt they will make Unscyn solo content impossible or even that much harder then it is now. And even if they accidently do in the beginning they will quickly fix it so as not to lose 89% of their player base

    Having a level 61+ unscyned dungeon would still be worth even with the sync nerf. The nerf wont be as noticeable as people seem to think. While unscyned content will be slightly harder maybe then it is now you forget that there is still going to be a level cap increase. I would assume worst case scenario unscyned level 70 dungeon for level 90’s will feel like what they are now for level 80’s which is to say not easy like 50 under but not impossible. But level 60-69 stuff should still be doable solo for a level 90 job with miqobot.

    That said its not something that is super important to have as it is only for the tank mount achievement. I personally dont think this needs a rush and it should fit under the umbrella of “Quality of Life” as in it is nice to have but not something im gonna stake my miqobot sub over.

    In this case i think my vote would be

    – Level 80 Rotations.
    – BLU Rotation
    – Scenario Engine updates
    – Gathering updates.
    – Quality-of-Life updates
    – Triple Triad

    I think Blu should be ahead with the level 80 rotation mainly cause i feel the combat system for miqobot is the most useful for me right now. Most of the things i farm and need come from tomestones and the best way right now to farm that with Miqobot is the combat engine. BLU has the ability to farm poetics which Miqobot currently doesn’t have a way of doing right now and even just automating a few of the easier masked carnival floors is good amount of weekly poetics and seals.

    I also personally dont think there are any immediate issues with the currant gathering system. it functions perfectly and while the planned additions and changes would improve it i dont believe it is urgent or absolutely necessary. But this is only my opinion and i do know most people use the gathering more than the combat. But i think the fixes and new functions planned for the scenario engine trump gathering.

    Triple Tirad is still last for me as it doesn’t really give you a net gain to farm. There is already a way to farm MGP and i would vote for making the Housing Games to be added over TT as that makes farming MGP less nerve racking over getting caught by other people. Getting the cards from NPC games is purely a 1 time thing and i dont feel it deserves a rush because of that. I rather the time be devoted else where.

    As it is I’m not sure how much of these features will be implemented BEFORE the expac. Since the expac will break Miqobot for a while i dont think we should be piling much more into the development que. I think getting the most pressing updates in first and see how close to expacc time it is and if the devs even can fit anymore in before expac drops.
