Can i use ERR_IGNORE in deliverGCGear()? I’m running into the issue where after running squadrons all night, and my seals being full because seals coming in > seals being spent on runs, eventually the extra gear fills my inventory, and then fills my armoury, making a big confusing mess for me to clean up every morning. I suppose I could write a sendKey function to spend them but it would be hard to balance it just right so that I don’t spend too many and run out, or not spend enough and end up overflowing as i described.
The real money will come with the top tier craftable gear, probably 5.1. Can probably make 10-20+ mil a day on the aethersands + selling the crafted gear. I’m making 5-7m per day right now just selling the craftable gathering set.
I don’t think that gathering is more gil efficient as gray says. a stack of lignae logs is X price. 5 logs -> lumber is worth more than 5X, so theres profit(even considering crystal costs), and the further you take it the more profit there is.
This will work without NUM0:
sendKey(NUM9, 1)Assuming you have default keybinds NUM7/NUM9 work like +1/-1 on quantity fields. Sending -1 will wrap around 0 to 99.
this appears to work. I still dont understand why num0(on quantity) then num2 to roll back to 99 doesnt work. When I do it manually it works, but when i let miqo do it, it highlights the number quantity green like it should but only for a quick second, then it goes back to normal unselected white color. strange..
Any way to make Miqo use impulsive appraisal 2 instead of 1 or will she need to be updated?
it will use the upgraded version of any skill if you have it on your hotbar. just make sure IA2 is on yourhotbar and you have it unlocked and it will use it.
move your nodes far enough away from it so it doesnt connect to it. right now the filter by node name in gather presest is bugged and wont filter out ephemeral nodes if you put Lv80 Lush Vegetation unfortunately. You can also just add whatever crystal the node gives so it collects it and moves on.
Is there a way to make it skip certain nodes until they are unlocked while leveling? Or do I need to comment each entry manually and then uncomment them as I level?
uncomment out chapters that youre not able to gather. have to do that manually.
this scenario works great now, if you’re having issues its user error. be sure to gather everything manually first so its in your gathering log, and start at the correct chapter for the upcoming eorzea time.
You can make it spend scrips by using sendKey, you can read about it in the ? button on the bot. Youll use sendKey(F12) to target closest npc, then “set” the curser with a num4 or num6, then use num 2 and 8 for up and down and num0 to confirm.
I’m having an issue where if you try to select quantity in the buy menu using sendKey, then press down so that it rolls back to 99 quantity, it wont work. It highlights it for maybe 100ms like its going to allow you to go up and down for quantity changes, but instantly reverts back to non-selected quantity menu. Any veterans know what I’m doing wrong here? My temporary fix has to just buy things 1 at a time really quickly…
@gray what method did you use to level your crafters fast?
AutoHotKey scripts, my head and about 150 leve allowances.
hey haha I did the same thing, had them all 80 and gatherers before miqo came out, but its making me plenty of money now so it was worth it. and fun to do things manually once in a while.
With regards to them all being in one file, you can simply copy and paste the grids you’re interested in out of the text file and save them in a new one and import. you’ll copy just the grid.name{ numbers and stuff here } or just import them all and delete the ones you dont need.

Russet popoto is a shadowbringer botany (lvl 76)scrip item. for yellow scrips, so you can get the folklore books to do white scrips. you should have gatehred it while lvling im sure.
All the grids you can look in the description to see where to teleport, or you can use your gathering log to look up where items are from. I personally only run miqobot at night when im sleeping so i use many different grids so I don’t end up with too many of a single type of item.I figured out the rotation, how do I make it chug a cordial after the startGathering(1)?
or after arriving in the new zone after a changeJob(Botanist)?

The market is picking up a crazy amount since yesterday because of the new expansion. I was making 1-2mil a day selling whatever, twincoon, ores and sands (cobalt mythril koppranickel mythrite etc), but I recently switched to farming crystals from ephemeral nodes with 3/8 rotation (all in the grid/scenario forum). I’ve been making 8m a day or so from that. You have to be 70 though so get leveled up. Also the bot will break tomorrow because of new patch and probably be down a couple weeks so stock up on what you need, crystals too probably.
so then gather with a 0 gp rotation until until you have 600 gp then use 600 gp rotation. its the same thing as a afk until gp function except you get extra materials. the guy above was gathering an ephemeral node, so he is talking about collectibility. if youre gathering normal nodes then just gather normally until you have the right amount of gp, then use your rotation. the bot already does this by default, so whats the problem?
