Of course, but we have to understand the reason behind this adjustment first.
Regen stacks with other class’s regen, shields do not stack with other class’s shields. I wouldn’t mind a choice for the default in the + menu under combat, yet if we’re having a set default having the default that stacks with other classes seems the better idea, imo.
Ah, I see, am using v1.3.43. That explains it! And it even says why I didn’t know about it as it didn’t trigger the new version available message. My apologies, thank you!

Anyone else having issues with having Miqo fight as 80 SAM in assist mode and her going through, doing awesomely, comboing up the place and kicking butt and then just.. stopping? Like she’ll stop using abilities all together for no discernable reason, requires me to push Hakaze or some other ability otherwise we’ll just sit there and auto attack for the rest of the fight until she finally, eventually, decides to start doing things again.
I don’t know what’s wrong, she doesn’t tell me why she stopped, there’s no obvious errors, and I’ve gone through and made sure all of my abilities are on hotbars, she has access to all of them, and all the hotkeys are assigned. Got everything except blind positionals checked and assist isn’t paused.
After looking a bit closer it looks like she does this after executing Tenka Goken. After using it then kaeshi goken or just using tenka goken if kaeshi is on CD sometimes she’ll just stop doing anything for a while and my character will simply auto attack.
Edit: It also appears to happen against single targets after Midare/Kaeshi Setsugekka is used.
The stopping doesn’t seem to happen all the time, yet nearly so, frequently enough to bomb out on DPS. For whatever reason, when using the DOT version Miqo’s able to continue combat without issue. I don’t see any buffs or debuffs that would indicate why this is happening, either.

April 9, 2021 at 3:37 am in reply to: Would love to see level 57 – 60 dungeons in the squadrons #29183I completely disagree with OP. This is just a case of OP feeling self conscious. Putting a HoT on an injured person is not indicative of a bot, even doing so on a couple in a raid scenario of people isn’t. Maybe if they don’t use medica 2 for more than two people, sure or if more than one person is injured in a regular party, yet having them regen people in general, especially if you’re already moving, is perfectly fine.
My only real gripe with healing is when Miqo decides to insta-res someone that’s in the process of ressurecting back at the dungeon’s spawn point after a wipe. Sometimes their health will remain at zero just long enough for Miqo to freak out and cast an insta-res at them. That looks weird, being perhaps a little over cautious and casting HoTs, however, does not.

April 4, 2021 at 12:52 am in reply to: Would love to see level 57 – 60 dungeons in the squadrons #29107Actually, I’d like to revisit this. I’ve talked about it before from the idea of leveling, however with Bozja and the memory farm it’d be nice to have an alternative to Antitower spamming. While faster than going with squadron, if we’re going to be doing it many many times for multiple weapons it’d be nice to automate, regardless of the fact it’s slower. If you could implement Pharos Sirius (hard) that’d be very appreciated. I did it a few times for the memories before I realized that antitower was faster, yet if I could just get miqo to do it then I wouldn’t mind the extra time.

It’s a shame potd and hoh aren’t released yet for Miqo. The lack of decent content to do between 60 and 71 for levels is just plain rough. My brain gets this annoying fog after like the tenth level I do in potd and I always end up dying to something silly because of how much that dulled fog makes me completely tune out. Really wish the game had a viable squadron/trust for the 60-71 levels because as a dps queues aren’t worth it and Sohm Al isn’t great, either. Ah well.
I don’t say much on the forums yet stop by to read them from time to time, however, here, in this case, with something I very much want on the line for immediate work or much-later work I feel the need to submit my vote for the level 80 trust work in the immediate over other modules.

Some feedback. Firstly, I don’t know why Miqo requires the use of adjusting the camera angle when she does a dungeon or other general things on her own, yet it’d be nice if she didn’t have to set the camera angle all wonky to do her work.
Secondly, and of the most importance, is during combat. She chooses to use abilities that interrupt movement while I’m, in fact, moving on a basis that is frequent enough to be a problem. As she can apparently tell when I’m moving according to how you described Blind Positionals (which I’m not using) I find it to be quite the oversight that the ability to tell when I’m moving doesn’t extend outside of that as she’ll make me stutter-step/stop mid movement to attempt to cast an ability and thus make me get caught in something and take unnecessary damage, get hit with mechanics, get outright killed, or other similar issues.
While I’m actively moving she absolutely needs to avoid attempting to utilize any ability that interrupts the player’s movement. If I’m moving there’s a good reason for it, after all. I can understand why this might happen if I were using dashes and backsteps or something but I’m not. If she can detect when I’m moving for Blind Positions so as to not interrupt my movement to do a positional then surely she should be able to detect when I’m moving when that’s off and she wants to otherwise cast some movement interrupting ability. Just for the sake of clarity here, by “ability” I mean any spell, weaponskill, etc. I’m not specifically talking about things that are labeled abilities.
Other than that I have no real constructive feedback; indeed it’s just how impressed I am at the work that’s been done and how well she otherwise works and has been working. Thank you for your time.
