Can confirm versatile lures work, just not good if going for the rare conditional fish.

Gonna throw my vote into the no column for now, the fact that there is such a long discussion over what is unknown about the changes, means that they could spend 2 months making this support then it be completely pointless. Maybe once we see the full affect for sure, but the miqo team has limited time and resources, and I feel it should be spent on things we KNOW will help, rather then something that hasnt even been fully detailed yet. And probably wont be for months at best.

This adjustment was specifically requested by the community in order to address the excessive usage of Regen:
    Quick Question about WHM Regen
If you believe this adjustment is not an improvement, please join the discussion and voice your opinion.

I just want to say, having played WHM before and after this change, it feels 100% better and plays smoother now.

I could see that working to be honest, would have to see how it interacts with group wide damage, but that was always one of the weird behaviors for WHM. Is after group damage she would sometimes take the next four GCDs to spam regen on everyone, when something like medica or Medica 2 would be far better, so if she not longer spreads regen, would she be more openly using medica.

The regen spam was like, the single weakness of miqos WHM, if this would resolve that she would be near perfect.

It’s a false positive, because of how miqobot works with the winAPI it will always appear like this, WIN defender is just super strict when something use backdoors to pump code.

You’ll see thi severy update usually because it makes the last version in the exceptions obsolete.

Running new Miqobot version only leads to it deleting itself, doing nothing elseā€¦??

Check out this thread, there’s some info here, it’s most likely been quarantined via Microsofts built in defender. This will happen when miqo updates as it changes the memory layout and needs to be re excluded.

Chiming in on this. I work as a system admin so wanted to put this up.

Win10 applied a new update to how its built in antivirus works, and its going to hard flag and auto quarantine Miqobot until you exempt it. Prior to now it would simply warn you but this new update just flat out quarantines the program regards of if you say its ok or not, so you will need to either restore it via the protection history for WIN10 security or redownload it after you flag it.

Microsoft is trying to make their built in system more aggressive and this will prolly happen more in the future.

A thing I noticed about Paladin combat assist, is it appears Miqo is applying a HP Threshold on using Spirits Within, I assume you coded it because of the HP to potency affect.

But really, very rarely should you ever be holding that CD simply over a HP value, is there anyway to have that adjusted to maybe a lower amount, or even have a toggle to “disable thresholds” on skills like this? Or just outright removed and used on CD.

In a lot of cases you may not be sitting at 80%+, I think that appears to be the threshold, in raids and other places, so its just a flat dps loss when it goes 5+ GCDs not being used because healers don’t always top you off.

So yea, Level3/Centurylink is basically unable to resolve DNS requests at the moment, reports are theres a DDOS going on at one of their datacenters.

If you have a VPN or can change the DNS server of your modem to something else it may fix it, but sadly we’re just stuck :< Sorry Miqobot

So I think this may not be your Host Miqobot, it appears that there is some sort of Widespread issue in the North America atm, affecting alot of stuff. sadly we’re just stuck in the middle.

    https://downdetector.com/

Everything spiked in the last hour, sadly we just noticed Miqo first since we were using it.

So got them to look more, it appears their Host is having DNS server issues. So until they fix it some folks in certain regions will be broken due to the routing.

Yes, this is the intended behavior.
If the enemy dies during an offensive spell cast, Miqobot will interrupt the cast by holding the movement key for a fraction of a second.

I had a feeling that was what it was for. Thanks for the info, and again thanks for all the work on this program.
