Shadowbringers broke a big chunk of the bot and that requires a lot of fixing. Miqobot’s Dev team is pretty small and so it takes pretty long for them to do that.
Also, there are still several thinks that are being developed, after the imminent fixes (+additions – Gunbreaker and Dancer level 70 support is also going to be implemented as a premiere). Vendor support, Triple Triad support, several QoL changs and quite a bunch more features are currently planned.
Can you fix BLMโs AoE rotation? Miqo keeps using Blizz3 instead of Freeze and wasting GCDs on Fire II even at level 80.
Miqobot Devs currently have fixing the complete combat system up to level 70 as their #1 priority. A hotfix quick will not be released, because releasing too many versions always causes issues with anti-virus companies detecting Miqobot as a false-positive, thinking of it as a virus.
However, with the next major Miqobot version (v 1.3.28) the whole combat system will be reimplemented and fixed for all jobs from level 1-70. Please look forward to it ๐SO Iโm new here. How does one use this text file?
You have to import it via the share button on the bottom right of the Miqobot window.
There is no set ETA yet, but if I remember correctly, ‘in a few weeks’ was mentioned a while ago.
For the next version Miqobot is getting a lot of internal cleanup (deprecated actions and stuff removed), combat support will be fixed (possibly up to level 70) and reuse will be implemented.
The whole set of new crafting and gathering skills might still take a while after that. And it’s propably be veeeeery long until this happens.

August 16, 2019 at 9:25 am in reply to: Is it possible to hardcode automatic dungeon runs using grids+assit? #16686You can grid it to run thru the instance but you will have no way for it to attack, dodge, or do boss mechanics.
It can be done by manually targeting with sendKey() though, even though that is super-inefficient
August 15, 2019 at 4:38 pm in reply to: Is it possible to hardcode automatic dungeon runs using grids+assit? #16675Currently the only possible method – since combat assist isn’t implemented yet – would be to let the boss go to an area where the mobs for the book are, kill them via sending keypresses to target and cast a combat ingame-macro on them, do that 3 times for every mob, then teleport to the area of the next mob, etc.
This should work for the mobs part. The same can be done to dungeons, since they can be run unsynced. FATEs and levequests however need to be done manually, because FATEs spawn randomly and levequests are in a random order every time (and the leves you wanna do aren’t always accessible).
However, setting up all of these grids will be a hell lot of work, so you will have to do that yourself and if you then share it with the community you’ll be given a red carpet by everyone here ๐
How are you guys getting 600gp? With all the level 51 vendor bought gear/accessories Iโm only sitting at 548gp pre-melded, and if I bought the materia I would need over a million gil because for whatever reason they are super expensive in this level bracket.
You only get 600+ GP with overmelded gear around level 50-60. At 70 you still need some overmelds, but not as many as at 50 and at 80 you barely need any overmelds to get to the CP cap.
Canthera made a tool for sorting grids, presets, scenarios, desynthesis lists, etc. alphabetically.
I’ve tried the tool myself. Works perfectly, though I had to sort all my grids again, because I didn’t read it was alphabetical (instead of manual via moving the items around) and I actually didn’t want that xDOther than that an option to move around grids for organizing them is planned for a bigger QoL update, that will come eventually. Will be still a while though, since the #1 priority currently is combat support up to 70 and trust support for Holminster Switch (due to the absolute majority of tech support requests is about combat support and trust support).

In the Index: Scenarios topic there are several community-made scenarios you can download for leveling gatherers and crafters with routines that teleport you from one area to another, gather certain items, teleport somewhere else, craft new items, gather collectables, turn them in automatically, repair your gear, etc. etc.
It is pretty complex and an easy method for leveling. For the lower levels there are no scenarios, but that’s basically, because you can let the bot grind in an area with the highest level gatherables in 5 level intervals.
Would it be possible to have an overlay that works while ingame, to start and stop the bot or to use and setup even only a few actions would be fine. it would just make using the bot much easier.
I would like this as well, and if there is one, I canโt figure it out.
Miqobot already has an overlay, which you use:
The navigation grids are displayed in that overlay, as well as the text-lines that are displayed over items on gathering nodes with hidden items and the little displays that show which FATEs are in the area or which objects are scanned (enemies, NPCs, PCs, etc.). Additionally, the whole gathering grids editor works via an interactive overlay. However, implementing interactive functions that give the software direct commands (like a start gathering button, etc.) would have to be developed first and I can’t talk for Miqobot yet, how much time it would take to develop and implement such a feature, not to mention that currently they have their hands full and are completely over-encumbered with repairing the combat assist to its former stage, finishing the development on the full combat system (up to level 80), implementing the new crafting and gathering skills and also additional features of the immense list of planned features like vendor support and other stuff.
So for this Miqobot would have to post an answer themselves for now.
If you really want this feature though, hope, that many more people ask for this feature as well. Anyone who is interested in this, should post here and if enough voices show their interested into such a feature, that is the main way to leading the devs to adding it to their list of planned features + adjusting the priority of it, based on the demand.
Well, I’m just a trial moderator for now. Applied to a kind of larger position there and currently I’m evaluating the range of tasks, while at the same time Miqobot’s team will evaluate my work and if both sides are satisfied, a followup on this will come.
So in absolute FFXIV fashion for now I’ll say: “Please look forward to it!”
