We are very sorry to hear about your issue, but unfortunately we have no affiliation with antivirus vendors.
False Positive is a bug in antivirus, but since we have no access to their source code we can not help them fix it.Please read the reminder in the main status thread:
A reminder about antiviruses.
Since this is a new version of Miqobot, it may be flagged by your antivirus as False Positive because its signatute is not yet known. As it is stated in our FAQ section, Miqobot is not a virus but antiviruses are usually trained to sic at anything that tries to interact with other programs. Miqobot will make no attempt to fight your antivirus.
Please remember to whitelist your Miqobot application after download. Thank you!

The next major upgrade is still in development, but this version contains several minor improvements.
- New mounts are supported.
- The Firmament zone is supported.
Combat
- Fixed a rare issue, wherein Assist Mode would stop working if the Cast Bar remained active after being interrupted by a cutscene.
- Fixed an issue with Ninja rotation, wherein Suiton would not be performed when TCJ is available on hotbar.
- Fixed an issue with Astrologian rotation, wherein Lord of Crowns and Lady of Crowns would be triggered immediately as soon as they appear on hotbar.
Gathering
- Stealth is fully replaced with Sneak in all UI elements.
- Toil, Clear Out of Reach, and Elemental Wards are removed from Rotation Designer.
- Twelve’s Bounty is added to Rotation Designer.
Crafting
- Function deliverCollectables() supports Ishgard Restoration.
- When Collect and Ignore Quality settings are enabled at the same time, a confirmation warning will be displayed.
Yes, any mouse movement impacts the FFXIV game client, regardless of whether its in foreground or in background. Any window on top of the game client is technically transparent for mouse evaluation.
This is how mouse input is implemented in the game and unfortunately it can not be fixed without code injections.The only way to prevent it from happening is to switch the game to Windowed mode and minimize it.
Alternatively, if you have a second monitor, you can move FFXIV client there and continue playing another game on your main monitor.Yeah I know, but I mean with Blind positionals enabled, usually in a normal fight she will go under and into the bosses hitbox, which is fine but again it isn’t typically normal. People generally hang out in the outside of hit circle. So having the option while blind positionals are enabled would be nice to have so you aren’t randomly under a giant boss doing positionals.

We might be able to adjust the positionals algorithm based on the boss size, but we have to experiment with the tools we have. We will add this to our Assist Mode improvements list.

Thank you for your request!Additionally, I notice if I tell it to make X then repair, when it goes to resume it can’t due to going back to the starting item again. Perhaps mass crafting is meant to do via Scenario only?
Repair action requires Miqobot to stand up from the crafting position, which involves closing the Crafting Log.
If you select recipes via Recipe Search function, then of course the recipe name will be reset after reopening the Crafting Log.A workaround would be selecting the recipe directly without Recipe Search function.
If this solution is not appropriate for you, then yes, please use a simple scenario for crafting.recipe(Ash Lumber) craft(99)Yes, this is a known issue which happens under extensive mouse movement, due to the fact that Miqobot does not use code injections.
In order to prevent this behaviour, please switch your game to Windowed mode and minimize it.You can find detailed explanation of the problem in the Known Issues section:
- An issue wherein Miqobot would fail to move a game cursor, under extensive mouse movement.
Unfortunately, this can not be fixed without code injections, and we have no plans for implementing code injections.
Miqobot is aware of this situation, and she will patiently wait for mouse to stop moving before making another attempt. She needs a small fraction of a second (about 0.25 sec) in order to recover from this issue. Under normal circumstances you wouldn’t even notice this behaviour.
If you want to prevent this behaviour completely, please consider switching the game to Windowed mode and minimizing it, when you run Miqobot in the background. Thus, mouse cursor will not be able to run over the game’s window and will not interfere.
Miqobot does not hook into the game.
It’s a separate process which interacts with the game by emulating simple keystrokes. Run As Administrator
Due to changes in the game installation process, the client is now always elevated by the game launcher. In order to connect to the game correctly, Miqobot requires additional privileges granted by Administrator account. She will attempt to enable them herself, but they must exist in the first place. This is possible only if Miqobot is running as Administrator.
Therefore from now on, Miqobot must always be Run as Administrator.
