You can go to your mog station and look for the last 10 loggin locations and find if there is any strange ones there

Add startMateriaExtraction() each 3 to 2 nodes (depends if you use spiritbond pots or food). You can use the legendary nodes that is posted on the forum and time it to add the line, or just add the line each 2 if there is nothing to extract it will continue.
You want to read some guides on spiritbond as there are several ways to bost it.

To be honest, IDK what you mean with gathering risks, if you know how to use the tool, you can make super complex and big scenarios, farm in several different places for the same resource or different ones on not so long periods of time and get around anyone being able to detect you, the only danger is FC and Friendlists

As for automatation for fates, I think fixing the overal combat would be enough as it is. Miqo as far as I understand is not designed with full automatizaron as the end result. But as a tool to assist. Please let me know if im wrong.

1st thank for the fixes.

2nd as stated, this grids do not work on big mounts becuase they get stuck.

If you use it make sure to test it before hand. A few simple edits are enought to make it work. Its a great skeleton.

Pentameld your gear with cheap materia and add a materia removing command each 3 nodes.
