There should be a youtube video up that goes through how to make a navigation grid. It should be enough to get started, then just set up the parameters in Gatherering Tab.

Or you could manuelly pick up the leve quest and make your own scenario for the turn in with navigation grid.

I haven’t encountered any issues really. Leveled miner to 80 with it over 2 days with no real hiccups.
