Your english is fine, no worries. I would expect a conditional function that takes a chapter to go to if your inventory is full is probably doable, but like I said, it’d come with the other planned scenario scripting functions, which is some ways out IIRC. Probably won’t be for a while, unfortunately.
It’s not possible already, and it would require (for scenarios) implementing a marker to say “skip here if the inventory is full”, which would probably come along under the planned flow control improvements. Simply skipping to “the chapter where I deliver the collectibles” isn’t feasible, because not all scenarios are collectible turn-in ones.
The level 90 MIN/BTN skill grants an extra “point” of integrity at a node just like the 300GP skill, but the new one’s a 50% chance proc off the previous one. In other words, if you use the old one then you get another swing and a 50% chance of being able to use the new one for an additional swing. It’s useful, but not at all essential.
Miqobot has an excellent track record with the solver, although it’s never been broken like this in my time as a user. New actions usually need to be added manually by the devs, but this extended downtime is specifically because of the stat squish in 6.0 changing the internal calculations, which Miqo needs to update for, and this is the first time in my own experience that this has happened.
There will probably be an announcement, but all updates fall into one of two categories: those that don’t require a download, for which you just (re)launch the bot and it works; and those that do, for which you can either just download the bot periodically (here’s the direct link to the file) or, IIRC, launch the bot and she’ll tell you that there’s an update available.
Personally, I just periodically download the latest from the website and replace the old one, but that’s because I can automate it.
I have a couple dozen plugins loaded in my game and Miqo has no trouble for me. The problem is purely with what your plugins are doing, which in the case of the YesAlready issue that started this thread, is closing a popup that Miqo needs to see before she sees it. You can turn off that specific feature of it and use the rest of them just fine.
Plugins are not “seriously screwing with Miqo”. The problem is that certain plugins do things that cause Miqo to miss a marker that she’s looking for and end up confused. In the example you linked, the YesAlready plugin – which I use with Miqo – can be kept around just fine, as long as you don’t let it handler certain specific popups that Miqo needs to see.
What they ask is not currently doable, since they’d like to do one of two different things based on the time. In their example, they said “if time xyz gather timed node else afk” – that’s not possible, no. There is currently no way to test conditions and follow different paths based on them; the only form of conditional is the
teleportIf
(teleportIfNotThere
) function, which will teleport to the listed aetheryte unless you’re already in the destination zone.Conditionals and advanced flow control have been requested and are, IIRC, planned updates for an indeterminate future date.
December 27, 2021 at 11:43 am in reply to: Could you make it so we can resize the Miqobot window? #34398Manually adjusting the layout is one thing, but allowing resizing of the window requires that the layout be fluid and “intelligent” so that it can adjust automatically to different window dimensions. That’s a good bit harder. In any event, I believe that a resizable window is part of the QoL updates plan, which is significantly delayed by Endwalker changing so much.
@darkpokemon To use plugins, you need to use XIVLauncher. Unfortunately, like Miqobot, plugins are temporarily broken, though they’ll probably be back up much sooner. When plugins are available again, launch the game with XIVLauncher, then follow these instructions. You’ll then be able to add XIVComboVeryExpanded, which is the most full-featured one I know of and is also in active development, so you shouldn’t have to wait too long for that particular plugin to update, hopefully.
If yall are willing to use the quick launcher and plugins, there are multiple versions of the original XIVCombo plugin out there, that condense multiple actions onto the same button. Simple things like one-twp-three combos and more advanced ones that deal with your job gauge, with all of it configurable. The most common is daemitus’s XIVComboExpanded, although there are more extensive ones out there too if you look. You still hit the buttons, but the actions turn into others like in PvP, so there’s much fewer buttons to be hit.
Granted, plugins will be going down for a time after the update, but it’ll probably be back up a lot faster, since it’s a much smaller thing than Miqo, even just compared to her combat assist. Might be some help, at least.
