With the best gear available you shouldn’t been needing food.

I thought I had the best gear in the game and I def need food+tea for the Rinascita gear with my rotation. I’d be very grateful if you could share your rotation for Rinascita geal and your stats. I’d love to be able to craft that without food.

I haven’t ever used scenarios to buy anything from vendors like you are asking.. BUT I swear I read a thread somewhere in the scenarios listing/discussions that someone made one that allows for running with squadrens, turning in the loot for seals, then buy ventures(? maybe) or something from the GC so to prevent GC seal cap. I could be wrong though. It might be worth browsing through it though.

Not sure if you were able to get this sorted out. I run Miqo on two seperate computers and have different catnip license for each. I simply buy and renew the license under one email address and then use a seperate email address for my secondary license and computer.

I think I put out the wrong impression. I wasn’t trying to question him about what he was telling you. I was just trying to get clarification for my own understanding rather than starting an entire new thread just to get an idea if I was missing something or if my understanding was correct. Thanks! That was the impression I was under as well which is what made me question the statement above that Miqo will run all dungeons but only after initiating the dungeon manually (due to UI). And since the statement didn’t specifically say that Miqo will run in ASSIST mode all dungeons… lent to the idea that I was under the wrong impression. Thanks for confirming.

That’s why I’m confused. Under the combat tab, squadrons and assist… how do you use Miqo to run another dungeon not already listed under the squadrons menu? If I mannually load into any other dungeon that is not listed…. What do I select to make her take over? I’ve looked through the “help” page associated with the combat tab and I don’t see an answer. I’ve also looked in the scenarios and grids forums and don’t see anything for other dungeons not already listed in the combat tab (Halatali, Stone Vigil, Sohm Al, Holminster Switch, Qitana Ravel, Heros Gauntlet, and Unsynced Garuda Ex). Wheres the magic button to use Miqo for other dungeons not listed?

Am I correct to assume that “Miqo can run dungeons with any npc party” in assist mode only? Or am I misunderstanding?

In addition to what Tasha said about spearfishing – You can use Miqo’s regular fishing tab to farm moonlight in Laby. Set her to use Patience II and set the collectability rating and to use cordials – and start her up. Personally, I’ve found that regular fishing is far better yield than the spearfishing anyhow. I typically get around 80-100 in 40 minutes or so and there’s no need to move around constantly like the spearfishing.

That’s fair except my alts are just for the purpose of retainers and all my combat retainers are low 80s and set as SMNs and I really don’t want to level them again. :/ But, good to know for the next alt I create.

Are you familiar with Teamcraft? You can enter (or set up packet capture) your stats for each job and then find a rotation through community rotations or testing through their simulator and save a rotation and create a macro to use in game (and Miqo). You can also use the Miqo solver (not sure if you are familiar with it – I wasn’t for a very long time and only used macros). If you are geared BiS with high-end full pentameld, I could share my macros.

Ah, okay. Yeah, I didn’t scour the threads, just looked at the help associated with that part of the application. Thanks a bunch! Unfortunately, none of my alts are anything but casters or healers.

Does your macro rely on you hitting a good condition at a specific point so that you can proc Tricks/Trade to finish the craft? If so, I would suggest creating a macro that doesn’t rely on RNG and removing Tricks/Trade entirely. Why a macro if it depends on RNG?

Nevermind – I think I figured it out. There was a post back in Dec that had the same issue and it was a plug in conflict.

Hi! So I did a clean install of Miqo just to be sure. I attached an image showing what my errors are, my materia extraction window and the error the game is giving in chat (“Unable to execute command while occupied”). It’s almost like Miqo is trying to extract faster than the animation allows. I’ve noticed that this only happens when I have more than 3 pieces to extract. Any ideas? Can I slow it down somehow? Sorry, still learning all the commands in scenarios.
