If this was an addition the the scenario engine, similar to gc turn ins and such. I could see its use. But, if abused and someone left it running 24/7 it would damage the market pretty badly and be blatantly obvious to anyone paying attention to the market even a little that they are using it.
Having it in a scenario where you could just send your toon to the bell, have it check the sales, update prices, then go do whatever you tel it to in the scenario, does seem useful.
Miqo is always awesome. Well worth the $10 a month. As for the wait during the update, well it is just as well anyway, it gives us time to familiarize ourselves with the changes ourselves instead of being fully reliant on a bot.
I’d rather wait for a reliable product then risk ban due to a flawed, rushed and buggy product.
Keep up the good work Miqo.
No one fish in particular as many fish would fit this pattern. But it occurred to me as i was fishing for the chocobo minion and the beta minion that this would be handy.
Could you explain a bit more? I actually never used the scenario engine for fishing before so i will have to take a look at it and an additional information would be greatly appreciated.
I do greatly apologize… i discovered the issue. Apparently i had set the double down on miner to 0 at some point and overlooked it when i came back to play again. That is why after it only hit a time or two, and won, it would not double and simply quit to the next game.
This does not explain the Tree Game not hitting problem after it though. When i return to the “out on a limb” game it starts the game, picks the difficulty and the game begins and then it just sits there letting the game go and not hitting it. I had to exit it.
I have had the bot going and doing stuff all day so if i put the log in here from the start it would be insanely long. Here is the part from where i started the scenario for the minigames.
*Note: removed timestamps because i am paranoid they can be used to identify me.

But, if you get creative… probably.I don’t know what monster you are killing to get this mind you. But what you need to do first is make a navigation grid of the area where the monsters are.
Then, with combat assist on, you would need to make a scenario to
selectgrid(name)
have your charactergotorandomwaypoint()
on that grid and [turnToAngle(angle)
facing the center of the grid(this step may not be possible, but should be attempted*)] where the monsters should be and thensendkey(tab)
and hope it targets your mob as there is probably one other mob in that area, there usually is. After that the combat assist should kill your target and thats that. then you just figure out about how long it takes for you to kill the thing, addafkfor(time)
to give your character time to fight and lastly addrepeatall(number)
for how many times you want it to do this.I would HIGHLY suggest you not walk away while your bot is doing its thing…. good luck and hopefully this helps you some.
