It is possible that the game client changes the way it evaluates background mode with patch updates. We will try to reproduce your problem, but it is unlikely that we can address it without implementing code injections.
If the game sounds distract you, please consider muting them manually.Thank you for your opinion very much.
We consider implementing these features once we complete the core functionality. Please note that even with these features implemented we would not recommend leaving Miqobot unattended. No bot in existence can be socially safe.
Please refer to our Help section for additional information: Is Miqobot SafeAnother thing I’m noticing that I believe is related is that when FFXIV isn’t focused, say if I am using combat assist in trusts and using my second monitor, I’ll hear stuttered sound from the client as though it’s losing and getting focus several times a second. This stops when I click on the client, then click on an external window.
This behavior is expected and was present before.
As there are no orders in Trust Dungeons, there is no way for Miqobot to control which enemy the trust avatars are attacking. So Miqobot tries to adapt to them instead by selecting the enemy with the lowest HP. This may result in occasional focus changing.
If you monitor Miqobot in action, you will notice this behavior regardless of the game client status. All right, we will add your suggestion to the list of QoL improvements.
Thank you for your request.Or maybe making the popup window always-on-top or something?
This feature is already implemented.
However, if the application currently in focus prevents popup messages from interrupting it, Miqobot will make no attempts to fight it.Have there been any changes from 1.3.34 to 1.3.35 in the technique you use to hook the keyboard in combat assist, I keep running into an intermittent issue where my joystick input is being interrupted by the assist mode key presses, almost like the application is intermittently losing focus in very short intervals.
No, there has been no changes. Miqobot uses the same WinAPI method as before.
We would recommend to verify whether this issue is caused by Ctrl / Alt / Shift keybinds and whether removing them resolves the problem.
Also, please try temporarily disabling your antivirus. Certain third-party programs are known to interfere with Miqobot application, especially with a new version.Unfortunately, Miqobot does not support and has never been tested with Gamepad Mode, therefore we can not troubleshoot this issue except giving general recommendations.

We apologize for inconvenience. This issue usually indicates that there is a keybind conflict in your game settings.
You can find the detailed explanation of this problem in our Keybinds and Icons Recognition guide. Our Tech Support can analyze your keybind mappings and identify the exact cause.
If you require technical assistance, please contact us directly: https://miqobot.com/#supportYes, this function is already implemented.
As @malarkey said correctly, you can achieve this by using two functions:workUntil(10:00ET) gather(9999)There is no such function at the moment, but it is already planned.
We will be working on Scenario Engine updates after Gathering updates:Thank you for your request.
does miqo support turning in items at script appraisal
Not at the moment.
Function deliverCollectables() is broken due to the revamp of Collectables Exchange UI in Patch 5.3.
New algorithms are in development and will be available in the next version.
Miqobot v1.3.35 – Known Issuesand buying items with scripts?
No, vendors are not supported.
This is one of the scenario functions planned in the future.
Upcoming FeaturesThank you for your feedback. We will try to implement your suggestion.
Please note, however, there is no such concept as “opener” in Miqobot.
Assist Mode is based on the seamless list of rules that Miqobot follows regardless of the rotation phase. If you wish to optimize your DPS output, you have to perform the opener manually. So this scenario doesn’t reflect the current way of calling rotations made using the Gathering Rotations Designer?
The scenario applies rotations correctly.
But the TXT file you downloaded from the thread above is not a single scenario, it’s a set of different presets.
It contains gathering rotations, navigation grids, and scenarios to bind them all together.Or perhaps you’re saying that I shouldn’t edit the codes themselves, but use the GDR to create new codes for the rotation I want and the GDR will insert the code into the .txt file?
If you wish to edit rotations, you can do so via the Rotations Designer.
If you wish to edit scenarios, you can do so via the Scenario Editor.
All changes are made directly in your Miqobot application. There is no need to edit TXT files. This is just a text representation suitable for export and import.
If you make changes to a TXT file, it might corrupt the internal format and Miqobot will not be able to import it.Even if I’m not editing the rotation codes, how can I tell which skills I need up on the hot bar to meet the requirements of a rotation that someone else made?
You can look through any rotation in the Rotations Designer.
Just import them into your Miqobot and they will appear in the list of available rotations. -
