Or… now imagine this, you can use the random waypoint function to make it fluctuate :O

    But yeah doesn’t sound wrong.

Well, too bad you can’t change waypoint numbers

Build your grid smartly, wait for QoL changes supporting it, edit the grid text file to edit numbers.

But then Combat Assist came along and it changed everything. I launched Miqo on a striking dummy and suddenly it all started to make sense. Watching the rotation in practice for one hour taught me a lot more than several days of reading diagrams and guides. And even the fact that Assist Mode is not complete yet wasnt a problem. As i grasped the basics figuring out the rest of 60-70 skills was very easy. Now i can literally take any job and pull out top performance in any raid instance with my bare hands. Finally after several years of onetricking i can choose what to play and even help my friends to learn. Assist Mode brought my game to a whole new level. Now im skilled enough to play without it but i still like to launch Miqo from time to time and simply enjoy the fight without my eyes glued to the hotbar.

I so much agree here, on new classes I usually run miqo and watch the keyinputs to understand the rotations, easiest way to learn a new class. The only class I always run miqo on is bard cuase it’s flawless.

I really appreciate the help as well, but how do you know exactly what slot number corresponds with what mineral to collect? That’s the only part I don’t understand.

3d radar > gathering > show out of reach

or alternatively by just using toil once and remembering it, order is 0 to 9 from top to bottom, its simple.

so then gather with a 0 gp rotation until until you have 600 gp then use 600 gp rotation.

    Just read the crafting guide.

I have a high-end computer so I want to use the auto-solver. So is this basically buy mats and then have the bot craft whatever you tell it to with high success rate? It’s not really an autopilot type thing to level up (buy mats and automatically switch to highest exp item to craft)? If not, that’s fine. Just trying to make sure I understand everything since the post is kind of old.

    Also, just some general questions…

How long does it take most people on here to go 1-70 on crafts?
Is there a recommended path to take? I’ve done 1-60 GSM the normal way (logs and leves) and just want to speed things up or level up while AFK/busy.

I got all crafters to 50 and all gatherers to 70 within less than a month, I had plenty of gil and bought an item I could spam craft HQ and then sell again.

they can take my 10 USD every single month without any complaints.

I’ve spend more on less. For 10€ I probably saved myself already over 150hours of grind time in a month.

    TL;DR

While I like combat and gear progression I’m not a fan of timesyncs, I want to stay ahead of the curve and still maintain IRL.
So I automatically gather, farm, craft. Mostly never unattended, I just do it while cooking, working out, watching shows.
If you consider how much time it saved me to level my crafters its a no brainer, I wouldn’t have ever done it manually.

Sorry i dont really understand the problem you describe. What do you mean by spawn time? You respawn an ephemeral by simply touching two regular nodes from two different clusters theres no timer for that. Heres an example of my chapter its been working perfectly for a couple of months:

He means a scenario trigger like “waitUntill” but instead he wants “waitUntillGP”. Basically he wants to afk and start the next step once GP hits the trigger.

    Example:

    teleport(Castrum Oriens)
    unstealth()
    changeJob(Miner)
    icon(5, 7, 5)
    selectGrid(Raw Triphane)
    selectGatherPreset(Raw Triphane)
    afkUntil(2:05et)
    afkUntillGP(700)
    startGathering(1)

you need to click navigation, click ON for editing, and go in and change all the nodes to walk or stealth instead of mount. you do this by pressing control and right clicking nodes to cycle through the types. you could also edit the .txt file and find and replace all “mount” with “walk” and then re-import.

Way easier variant, install notepad++, replace all matching “mount” by “foot” and hit replace all in document.

It won’t jump to a selected chapter, just the next one step.

    workUntil( time )
Stop next activity at specified time.
Both real and Eorzea time is supported.

    Format is [Year-Mo-Da] HH:MM[:SS].
For Eorzea time add “ET” at the end.
Date is valid only for real time (can be omitted).

Year – numeric representation of year
Mo – numeric representation of month
Da – day of the month
    HH – hours (24-hour clock)
    MM – minutes
SS – seconds (can be omitted)

Each activity will finish the ongoing action before stop.
Fishing will hook the current fish, gathering will dig the current node, crafting will synthesize the current item, and so on.

Note: When chapter ends, timer is disabled.
    Aliases

    Parameters
time – until which to work
    Examples
    workUntil(18:00)
    workUntil(13:50et)
    workUntil(2024-01-01 00:00:01)

You can not move your mouse since ffxiv will take the input evne in the background and miqo has to reselect the skill.
Setting the game to windowed mode and minimizing it fixes it.

Thanks! So using ACT is not really smart idea in case you’ve got a decent farm… I hope Miqo team prioritizes this request over most of others, as it’s goddamn “life or death” question (for an account, at least).

The product is not aimed as farms so no, no priority, also ACT is not powerhugry, you have to deal with alot of Miqo instances anyway.
