So I tried to make one, and timed that killing the first four with ice+ultra is about 39-42 seconds and nets about 1300Gil. So almost a mil in 8 hours. Nothing to boast about Im sure but, I was having trouble with getting it to register for the duty finder consistently.
It would either take into account the names not lading in therefore needing less up or down, or taking into account the names by delaying for 2 seconds for it to load.
& still sometimes not end up in the right spot to Register. And thats where I got lost. Is there a different way to Register for Duties like how we can do for Teleporting? Or must it be up/down only and Id be better off taking into account load times for the names of Dungeons then figuring it out?
(If so it might be better to grind out the skills needed to set up at least to the second wave of enemies to make up for that time. But thats just a side note for anyone else trying to make this work)Main issue with selecting it is usually the game not being minimized, as a lot of things grab focus from the game if it isn’t, which unloads the cursor.
Might still be worth to grind while available, can someone point me in the direction on how to make a scenario for that? I think a lvl, 90 Tank could achieve similar results with AOE, no? Unless they explain something there that I didn’t catch, sorry I don’t speak Japanese.
A tank will not even come close to the same result. You have to be level synced to get the gil. ONLY Blue Mage can do this, because of the special skills they have, including one that significantly boosts all stats when solo. That’s what this relies on, and why it’s so fast. Killing the mobs with and undersized party without level syncing results in 0 gil.
Thanks for all the hard work, not trying to rush or anything, just wondering how far reaper rotation is along as I cant wait to play them (ONLY BECAUSE IT’S DRAGOON ARMOUR WITHOUT BEING A DRAGOON) 😛
Expect 3 months minimum before reaper becomes somewhat decent.
Crafting solver is not yet safely usable, as Miqo has said. The crafting solver does not affect anything but crafting via the solver, so gathering is not affected by it, but Miqobot still doesn’t understand/use the gatherer level 90 action.
Thxvm, is the lvl 90 action essential to gathering?
Do you know when solver will be resolved?
As a new Miqo user, do you think Miqo has a good track record of eventually making solver work as I really rely on it to craft.
It’s not.
About a month from now, probably.
Yes, they do.changed my mind and decided i do want to see 90 dungeon added one day, starbird is a nightmare to farm for 🙁
That won’t be the one that gets added, most likely.
I don’t know if this has been requested or not, but if we’re adding a new dungeon I would suggest one of the level 90 dungeons so we can get the new tombstones. Level with level 75 is fine, takes around 2 days per character. Those tombstones are not easy.
The tomestones are trivial. Do the daily roulettes, very fast. Do hunt trains, very fast.
You are going to need more time to level a SINGLE class from 75 to 90 than to cap on tomestones to get a full set of ilvl 590 gear. It just isn’t fully automated. Also in regards to the crafting solver, would the new algorithms for it (as required because of the stat squish) be a major update? I would think so, considering it’s the full re-implementation of how things are calculated, but any minor upgrades would be impossible (or pointless) until it’s done. Or is it under minor, despite being a large change? This kinda makes it confusing as to when we can expect to be able to use it again.
from SHB, I would say that being able to run the 75 dungeon in trust mode is not that much slower than running the 77 in trust mode…and it can carry you straight to 80, even with the crippled rotations of sage and reaper, it will be the same in post EW, I’d vote more toward the 85 dungeon than the 87, even though I like the 87 much better aesthetically.
The 75 dungeon can carry you to 80, yes, but to 90 its much slower than the 77 one, especially on all classes.
Wait, you’re using the 77 dungeon to level to 90? Does that mean I have been slowing myself down by running the 80 dungeon?
I think you misunderstood what we were saying, but 80 is even slower than 71. 75 is the fastest we have now, but for going to 90, 77 would have been even faster. So with the next expansion in mind, the X7 dungeon would be a better choice, as it takes a long time to implement new trusts.
Personally, after 81, I manually level most in the highest trust I have. It is very fast. In terms of xp, 80 < 71 < 73 < 75 < 77 < 79 < 81 < 83 < 85 < 87 < 89. As a general rule, if it gives tomestones, you don’t get much xp from it, if any.from SHB, I would say that being able to run the 75 dungeon in trust mode is not that much slower than running the 77 in trust mode…and it can carry you straight to 80, even with the crippled rotations of sage and reaper, it will be the same in post EW, I’d vote more toward the 85 dungeon than the 87, even though I like the 87 much better aesthetically.
