because I havent seen the cutscenes on that character
Tornado, that option is great but it doesn’t help in this case.

You’ll need HW if you want to get to 60 and SB to hit 70. If you want to lvl dps jobs fast, I think you need at least HW to do the 51-60 floors of PotD, which are the ones most people spam. There’s no need to get them if you’re going to just be leveling tanks/healers up to 50 initially, since the dungeon queues are instant and the xp is better there, assuming competent players.
I mean, your pet as SCH handles all your light party healing practically through like 60, so of course itβs easier π
Well, he’s new and he asked…so, yup. If there’s anything you’d actually like to add, please do.
Well, for me, the bot didn’t handle WHM too well. It frequently ran out of mana due to spamming Medica and its the only job I had the tank die on me with…well that I would say was my character’s fault anyway. So your question was how was the healing performance, that’s why I put SCH first. No mana issues with SCH and you have the pet around so less AoE healing is done as well.
There are some scenarios that did allow this, you’d need to search I think for pre combat…but seriously. It’s not efficient. Just level up gathering, sell what you get and buy what you need. Use what you can’t sell to level crafting. Craft stuff for yourself, sell whatever you can craft that you don’t need.
There’s gotta be posts on making gil but it really isn’t hard to do either. I’d find /anything/ else to do with Miqo before trying to farm mobs for mats.
Noticed a couple things leveling AST, I don’t think it uses Synastry. Only ran 2 dungeons with it unlocked, so it’s possible I missed it but, pretty sure. Maybe this is one that’s in the same boat as Largesse and not to be used on CD. If so, that’s fine.
The thing I’d really like fixed is I’m sure it isn’t using Redraw. For example; it’ll Draw a Spire, Royal Road it, then Draw again and if it gets Spire again, it just Royal Roads instantly…never attempting to Redraw.
Next, I’ll be doing BLM/RDM, thx Miqo!
I just want to throw out there again the integration of Miqo with ACT. For many fights that people might be using assist mode on, there are existing tools that could greatly help Miqo, Cactbot being one. It provides timelines for most raid encounters. You could also use its instant DPS for Astro card allocation and Damage Taken Per Second for popping healer/tank cooldowns while outside of timelines/scripted fights. Miqo could also store a private DPS record for each rotation a user creates and uses.
So I’ll preface this request with; it’d probably be dependent upon integration with ACT and might be out of scope…but I’d be interested in a cooldown mapper from Miqobot. After a wipe, Miqo displays the last 30seconds (or more) of a fight using ACT data or the combat log. The user then indicates when/how they want abilities to be used. Not everything needs to be mapped but whatever the user wants to map out is saved. Going forward, Miqo makes sure the skill is available and used at that point in time during the fight(s). Eventually, this will build a rotation for the fight and would be greatly helpful in “fresh” content…and even in old stuff if you want to go in “blind” and find your own path. BLU’s Masked Carnivale comes to mind π
Unrelated to the above but, I’m curious is if there’s something Miqo is using to determine distances to enemy locations near the current target, it seems very accurate with Bane usage, often hitting things I would have thought were too far. Would it be possible to put a not too obtrusive range indicator around healers so we know if AoE heals that we or Miqo are about to use will definitely hit the players we’d like them to? An additional option for this setting could be to have it appear when the threshold for Miqo to use an AoE heal is being approached, so we can move to a better spot, or make it flicker if its current setting is already on.
I’m sure potions will be added if they don’t work right now. Big factor in DPS. I’d currently use them for Eureka primarily though.
Edit: PotD potions are great too!

A minor thing, but if it isn’t too much trouble…could we also give Medica (and other AoE heals) a lockout like you mentioned Raise’s. So if I cancel Medica, don’t retry it for say 5 seconds? 15 might be too long π
It’s just too eager to use it and while leveling, MP isn’t that high, plus tanks are squishy. Bad combo, haha.
