Do you mean fully automated level 90 duties like Miqo does squadrons and trusts? Its not possible. Miqo team would have to implement all the boss mechanics and create special combat meshes for the bot to navigate. But since they are living in a war zone there is no development. We have to wait until the war ends.
The only thing you can do is turn on Assist and run with it through the duties you need.

Oh no nobodys forcing you to buy anything. Its just that this issue is so old and has been talked over so much that its getting boring. Devs answered this openly probably a hundred times by now and you can do a quick search on forum to find the answers you need: https://miqobot.com/forum/forums/search/virus/
And in case you havent been following the news. Miqo devs are from Ukraine, they are living in a war zone. They stopped changing the code on the day Russia invaded. The bot is currently on life support. Miqo devs are keeping it alive only because there are people who still need it and dont want it to die. And im pretty sure they wont bother going out of a bomb shelter just to force one more player to renew a license.

Switch to navigation tab, turn the editor on, then look at the instructions in the upper left corner. Use your character to move around and drag waypoints. Q to pick up, drag it, then Q to drop it at a new spot. Try to lift some points up so the path that Miqo follows goes higher above the ledge.

Yea its a missing keybind. Miqo is trying to switch but theres no shortcut for switching.

Look in your Keybinds > System tab > scroll down > Switch to Hotbar. They should have something assigned as the guide explains it.Somewhere along the path from waypoint 54 to 61 it makes a wrong turn and ends up stuck. Take a look what happens there and see if theres something that looks odd. Usually it requires moving just a few points. You can make a new short scenario for debugging.

Rotations are not presets so you wont find them in .miqo files. They are hardcoded in the application. The war started before Miqo team had the chance to add level 90 skills support. So it might take a while.
Perhaps you can trick Miqo into using that skill by creating a custom macro and assigning an icon that Miqo clicks naturally. Havent tried it myself but ive seen other people do it.
