It happens on chapter 18, which is using Grid Cotton from the previous chapter. I was able to fix it locally by changing the unidirectional of the connection between 8 and 10.

I ran into the same issue. Was not alt-tabbed, minimized or anything. I also noted Miqo giving an error:

I think the issue is the path between 8 and 10 is in the wrong direction.

Game was minimized; I noticed when I heard the constant jumping and brought the game back up to see my character trying to jump on the mountain.

I think there is an issue moving from chapter 18 to chapter 19. I noticed I was getting stuck trying to fly against the wall of the mountain. I had to manually hold my jump key to keep myself up until I was finally back on track with the grid.

I’m seeing issues with Dark Rye; there seems to be a pathing issue preventing the character from leaving the aetheryte.

Oh my bad; when I was looking at the text file, I still saw the macros in there. Didn’t realize it had the 1000 Collectability rotation hidden in there.

Just curious, but is there an updated scenario now that Miqobot supports the new collect ability system?

Oh I’m sure they have a lot on their plate. Never hurts to send in suggestions though, especially if it gets put into a “ToDo” list.

This was just a thought and sadly requires a feature request from Miqobot, but it may be possible to go after the clouded gathering points when the weather changes by providing an optional argument on the gathering command or option on the grid grid to say go after legendary/clouded/time nodes when they come available. That way you wouldn’t need to track the weather so long as Miqobot turns on both MIN and BTN version of Truth of Mountains, she’ll head towards those nodes when they come available assuming the grid provides a way to get there.

I don’t see any changes between 23 and 25 when running diff on them. Is that intentional?

The stars indicate difficulty. So a 3 star lvl 80 will be harder to obtain than a lvl 80 with no stars. Its sorta of like a mini level system. The 3 star stuff is used for expert recipes in the Diadem.
