Upgrade Stage 3 is in the final phase of development.
There is still no ETA because we have to implement additional security upgrades, but overall we are making steady progress. Here is another preview of our Combat Pathfinding system.
Miqobot will be able to dodge multiple AoEs while maintaining positionals and line of sight at the same time. The algorithm is designed for fast on the fly calculations and is capable to provide instant reaction. In order to prevent further fragmentation of information, this thread will stay closed until next release.
If you have questions for us, please contact our Tech Support directly:
https://miqobot.com/#supportIs there any way we could get a pause button for crafting, or aside from that a text box we can type in to be relayed to the in-game chat window without stopping our craft. I understand it’s impossible to not seize the keyboard for crafting purposes, but either one of these could be a good solution to the issue.
Yes, automatic pause for chat will be a part of QoL feature pack planned for release soon. Thank you for your request!
Pls pls tell me you’re also adding sound notifications for hunts.
Yes, sound notifications will be customizable and will support monster detection by name. Thank you for asking!
Yes, the button was redundant when we launched forums two years ago as there was no topics yet. On top of that, it works per page only. So we disabled it 🙂
Thank you for reminding us, it’s re-enabled now.You might have to force refresh your browser cache in order to see it. Default shortcut on Windows is Ctrl + F5.
This is a very interesting idea, but we would like to wait for Desynthesis to become more popular first.
As of now, less than 10% of our users are interested in using Miqobot for desynthesis. And most of the time it’s exclusively fish desynthesis, which already has a decent database at ff14angler.com/desynthesized/.
We will keep monitoring popularity of this feature, and we’ll definitely consider implementing a crowdsourcing solution when it becomes a viable investment.
Thank you for your request very much!Would you please give us more information about your issue?
- Do you run Miqobot as administrator?
- Is there an antivirus software installed on your computer?
- Have you tried disabling your antivirus software when running Miqobot?
- Have you ever experienced this behaviour with any other applications?
This issue has never been reported before.
Miqobot has no post-termination processes. The deactivation of GUI window is the final action to perform. Therefore we assume that your issue is caused by a third-party application. If you have any other information which could be useful for investigation, please let us know.
We are sorry, but at the moment this kind of functionality is not possible.
Scenario Engine is designed with simplicity being a priority, so it does not offer as much flexibility as a programming language. We have plans to expand its potential by adding new features and functions. It will happen after the release of Combat system and Scenario integration.
Would you please give us an example of activity you want to achieve with complex execution control?
Thank you for asking!
As we explained earlier, additional subscription plans will be introduced after all important features are implemented. At the moment we are working on several critical feature packs. As soon as we catch up with the development, we’ll definitely reconsider our pricing policy and there will be more subscription options available.
Yes, this is scheduled for release in the next version: Spearfishing Collecting.
Thank you for your request!Function deliverCollectables() does not explicitly detect scrip limits. However after 4 ingame errors are displayed, function will stop and break scenario flow. It means that Miqobot will stop after exchanging 4 extra items.
Early detection of scrip limits is also considered, as part of future Scenario Engine updates. However, we are not sure whether skipping would be a good decision. If Miqobot continues scenario execution without delivery, it may lead to inventory clogging which could cause more severe errors and unpredictable behaviour.
This is something that we have to design carefully, therefore it will take more time.In the meantime, please utilize the built-in error detection feature.
Thank you for your request!I honestly rather they improved the GUI before releasing combat, better management for grids, pause option in scenarios and crafting, etc.
Quality of Life features are being implemented independently from Combat support.
Thank you for your concern!Hmm… I’m so curious. Can we get a % mark about how far the battle system / the next version of Miqobot is like we had with the update 4.2 here?:
We’ve managed to reach the mark of 60% before Patch 4.2.
The most notable milestones are seamless omnidirectional battle navigation and AoE dodging. Here is a visual upgrade of 3D Radar with Combat support.Unfortunately Patch 4.2 brought an immense increase to malicious activity, and once again we are bound by daily investigations of payment fraud and crack attempts. The development process is moving forward albeit slowly.
Therefore any numeric form of progress can not be treated as ETA indicator. We are working nonstop to release new features as fast as possible, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
