Miqobot is alive!
All active license codes are extended with bonus time.
Thank you for your patience and unceasing support! No. There will be nothing new.
The purpose of this update is to bring Miqobot back to life as soon as possible.
The arrival of Patch 5.1 has broken approximately 60% of Miqobot core modules, and we had to reimplement them from scratch. The amount of work is already enough to keep us working non-stop for 20+ hours per day.Implementing new abilities will require a lot more than a single week. It is physically impossible to create something new in such a short amount of time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding very much!
When miqo comes back everything should be as it was before right? as in the combat bot wont regress in any way?
As of this time, all Miqobot features are completely broken and we are reimplementing several vital modules from scratch.
We are doing our best to prevent software regressions, but we can not make any promises at the moment. The changes in this patch are even more drastic than in 5.0. It’s physically impossible to finish everything in such a short time, so most likely there will be additional upgrades and hotfixes after Miqobot comes to life.
In order to avoid disappointment, we would recommend to expect the worst from the upcoming version. As always, we are making the necessary preparations to fix Miqobot for Patch 5.1 as fast as possible.
According to the patch notes, there are significant changes to all features. Miqobot will be broken and we will have to reimplement the broken parts from scratch.Due to the amount of changes introduced by the patch, we expect at least 72 hours of complete Miqobot downtime.
All active license codes will be automatically extended in order to compensate for the downtime.
The bonus time will be credited at the moment Miqobot comes to life again, and it will cover game maintenance and Miqobot maintenance both.Thank you for your patience and understanding!
1.3.28 alpha feedback for warrior. Not sure how the bot recognises groups of mob compared to single mobs, but warrior will use overpower with groups, and doesnt use decimate when inner release is used, it continues to use fell cleave sometimes exclusively or decimate once and then fell cleave afterwards.
Decimate is used on 3+ targets, but only if they are in range of the ability. Since Decimate has a smaller range than Overpower, the behavior you describe is indeed possible.
We will investigate your issue further and try to improve AoE math in the future. For the time being, you would have to position your character closer to the group of enemies if you wish to trigger the correct AoE behavior.
Thank you for your feedback very much. Also noticed, although not extensively tested yet that when first engaging groups with warrior it sometimes instantly uses fell cleave and doesnt build the rotation up first so that stroms eye is active, this is obviously not optimal for rotation, it does seem to still do this on a single mob but im not sure how it decides.
Fell Cleave is used when another GCD would overflow the Beast Gauge, as this would be a bigger DPS loss than not aligning it with Storm’s Eye.
I am curious if blasting zone is implemented? I know its a lv 80 skill but I ask because it and danger zone are basically the same thing?
Can confirm that Blasting Zone is implemented. Really the only thing not implemented for GNB’s single target rotation is Bloodfest, as it’s a Lv.76 skill. But @ Lv.80 you basically have the whole rotation working for you, just pop Bloodfest and adjust as needed.
Yes, Blasting Zone is a trivial upgrade. It was datamined and implemented along with Danger Zone.
Yes, Miqobot selects party members automatically if you enable this feature in Assist Mode settings.
You can find the description of all settings in the main beta thread: [Beta] Combat – Assist ModeHealer rotations are in progress.
