    For people getting stuck in Jade, just add a filter to gathering preset for ā€œLv1ā€ in both botany and mining presets.

    This may be super late to be asking; but how exactly do I add a filter? I remember there being something related to the slot and count but I don’t want to mess around with it just in case I mess it up. Any direction on this would be helpful.

    Does anyone have a fix for getting stuck on delicate jade?

    Rather new to this program and attemtping to get this senario to work but it keeps getting stuck on a node with delicate jade. Am I doing something wrong with the setup? It opens the node and trys to mine but keeps hitting row 4, but delicate jade is in row 6 so it just keeps trying to select an empty row

    I’m getting stuck on step 5, both min and bot. She gets to a point where she can locate any other nodes after gathering from 12 or so different nodes. No errors are shown. I did try and update 5, 8, 11 and 14 thinking that might help but she still gets stuck (I’m not after the jade, just wanted to try. I have compass I and II clicked. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    I guess now I can’t figure how to edit my post… either way, I found a fix for my issue. What I did was set up Miqo to follow the loop around that top island based on a few way marks that should always be close. Each chapter is a little different but it seems to work. I still used everything else just edited chapters 5,8,11 and 14.

    Something I’ve been attempting for weather: if you set a nearby flying node (a suspended one that is only connected to other flying nodes) next to one of the elemental areas to “Beacon” instead of a normal flying node you should be able to create a second preset which only looks for “Clouded” nodes in the scenario.

    something like:

    basically miqo should just fly around until she times out and then move on to the next chapter if she doesn’t find anything; this would also technically allow you to just delete the jade area (not that you should lol) since miqo will default to checking beacons if there are no visible nodes nearby.

    One of my first attempts was only checking for 20 in game minutes (lol) and she definitely timed out right on top of an active node, so it does work without breaking the scenario continuity:

    (1:40:30 AM) Scanning for shiny gathering nodes like 'clouded' *.*
    (1:40:30 AM) No gathering nodes around. But hey, there's a beacon over there for me ->
    (1:40:30 AM) Going from 609 to 282 in 2 trips.
    (1:40:30 AM) Woah! A 341 seconds trip? I don't think I can manage that. Let's try 300 seconds first, okay? :3
    (1:41:18 AM) 1 trip more..
    (1:41:18 AM) Destination reached!
    (1:41:18 AM) WORK time is over! Let's go to another chapter ^_^
    (1:41:18 AM) Gathering stopped.

    granted this is only a partially proven concept; I haven’t really tested it all that thoroughly

    Not sure what broke, but it stopped me when trying to get darksteel ore. I skipped it and continued on with jade and so far so good.

    I also changed chapters 5, 8, 11 and 14 to be like this:

    gather(10)
    randomWaypoint(578,282,24,184,284)
    gather(10)
    randomWaypoint(578,282,24,184,284)
    gather(10)
    randomWaypoint(578,282,24,184,284)
    gather(10)

    That way you only get stuck at the Oddly island for at max 10 times (it will never be 10 based the fact that it starts gathering from one of the random waypoints in the first place and all of those are far enough from Oddly Island that you’ll get a few initially) and then it will switch.

    I also have ā€œOddly Delicateā€ in the gather by name so if I do go to the island, it will gather them and not just sit there.

    No issues at all all night!

    that would be a nice work around but that is also alot of time spent traveling ⌚ this is could work nice for those with the jaded island šŸ issues, Still my recommendation is to not unlock the gathering weapons at all the Aesthete's Hatchet fully melded is just as good if not better ( stat’s wise ) then the Skybuilders' Hatchet ( this can not be melded at all )

    The randomizing definitely helps too that was posted before instead of gather(40).

    • thank you Lyfox for this quick fix i did make a change to it though to randomewaypoint() becuse i figured SE might get suspicious of a bunch of gathers going to the some location šŸ˜‚ this fix is only needed if you have issues with the oddly specific jade the fix is below:

    replace gather(40) in chapters 5, 8, 11, and 14 with the below text

    I am still having problems with jade nodes, I replaced the chap mentioned, but I somehow still end up going to them and getting it. Currently bypassing it by just mining it and let it continue. But it makes it very inefficient.

    I am still having problems with jade nodes, I replaced the chap mentioned, but I somehow still end up going to them and getting it. Currently bypassing it by just mining it and let it continue. But it makes it very inefficient. Also the First post is the most current grids correct? Thanks for all hard work you put into this. Can already tell it is a lot of work.

    I’m using the updated chapter 5 & 8 but sometimes I still run into the Oddly Delicate Raw Jade island. Is there a way to blacklist this waypoint/nodes?

    I get the same thing regarding the delicate jade. It looks like something to do with waypoint 503? I’ll try to keep an eye on the logs but it seems other people are having this issue as well.

    From the logs that I have seen it looks like the route hits waypoint 386 and then decides to hit up 503 which is where the delicate jades are.

    Does anyone know how we can prevent it from going there? It doesn’t happen all the time but it does once every 2-3 runs.

    unfortunately the waypoints have to be there the “jade nodes only show up if you do the quest for the gathering weapons” and from what i can tell they dont go away even after you finish it but back to why they “NEED” to be there miqobot uses Lay of the land 1&2 this is a proximity based skill that appears to ignore elevations it only sees in 2D so if your close enough to the jaded island to trigger it Miqobot will go to that node if there is no connection / waypoint to that node miqobot will not move and you will be removed from the diadem for inactivity this will also break the scenario so long story short if you did the quest for the gathering weapons then its something you will have to deal with as there is no work-around on our end, maybe Miqobot dev team can make a work-around but till then this is the best we have

    So I was able to prevent it from going down to the jades by changing the random waypoints… I removed that completely and changed it to

    gather(43)
    return()

    By the time the gather 43 has been completed, as well as the shooting of the mobs on the next scenario, return will be back up.
