Miq can already do that with the scenario engine. A few people have already created a full scenario that you can import to do 90 nodes and extract materia while farming it.

The only thing i would like added for combat for jobs like Sam, is a checkbox for DoT’s. Like the dashes and backsteps, there is a time and place for DoT’s and most of the things i use this feature for shouldn’t use it (Fates, Alli Raid, etc). Things just die too fast for it to be useful, and it isn’t like you can take it off your hotbar like other jobs.

It isn’t bad, but it does tend to use the ranged attack more often than it should. Sometimes you are right next to the mob in the middle of a rotation and it starts tossing out enpi’s. I only use it for alli raids because of how boring those are to do at those levels.

They are talking about fflogs and the percentage DPS you fall into.

That doesn’t remove your melds, it extracts materia from 100% bound items.

I know this is about adding it to miq, but just an FYI with what i do for these.

Open notepad ++

Copy the chapter over to notepad++

Press CTRL+H to bring up Find/Replace
Choose “Regular expression” option near the bottom of the dialog

Type ^ in the find what textbox (This tells it to find the start of everyline)
Type // in the replace with Textbox
Place the cursor in the first line of the file to ensure all lines are affected
Click “Replace All” button.

Copy the edited text back into Miq.

The only real-time i don’t like DoT’s being applied is during FATES. Even solo, the mobs will never last long enough for it to matter (Atleast the majority of fates). And for jobs like SAM, it isn’t like you can remove that ability from the hotbar.
