Miqo is trying to switch to hotbar 3 but there is no shortcut for that. I dont know what exactly there is since ive no idea how you set your hotbars. But Miqo tries to use something there. Maybe its a Return icon, maybe its something else.

Look in your Keybinds > System tab > scroll down > Switch to Hotbar. They should have something assigned as the guide explains it.

Looks like you forgot Masters Mend. Since Miqo doesnt have any means to restore durability she enters the existential crisis.

Make sure this option is disabled. This way your new gear will drop to inventory and Miqo will supply it.

Theres no such thing as Diadem phase one. Diadem doesnt have phases.
Phases are related to Ishgard Restoration. It was released several years ago over the course of several patches. Its fully done by now and is forever at the latest phase. Russkiy mir happened. Russia destroyed power plants in Ukraine and Miqo devs cant post updates anymore. And without updates theres not much to discuss. So these forums will simply die.

You have to extend your grid and draw a pathway from an aetheryte. Just put a few flying waypoints along the way and make sure there a direct view from the aetheryte to the first point.

Number of steps is not a part of the equation. Miqo tries to maximize quality only. She doesnt care about minimizing number of steps.
