Raw Azurite was moved because of namazu and this scenario was created before namazu existed. Its a very easy adjustment just move a waypoint with 3d editor.
As for collectors glove its probably because you dont regenerate enough GP for the rotation you want to use. What does it say in the message log? The reason is usually there.

Everything is already supported. Take a look at sticky thread i linked above it has a detailed analysis for them all.
To use Manip2 you need to enable it in CPU Intensive settings. But Manip2 does not replace MM or MM2.

IP + Reinforce (25 Dur):        15.1%
IP + Refurbish (65 CP):         12.4%
IP + Reflect (3 IQ):            10.6%

And they dont have to be popped at start which gets you more bonus CP from IP.

Patient Touch:                  41.5%

Dont be afraid of it. Better to use Reclaim when things go bad (10% fail) than neglect Patient Touch potential (41% HQ).

– Have you tried Makers Mark + Flawless?

Maker's Mark:                                26.6%

Its takes more steps than IP but do you really care about that extra minute? Youre crafting with bot anyway.
These are the most obvious fixes i see. Try them and see how it goes.

Ok now i can see your problem. Youre missing a lot of important skills.

– First of all you need Masters Mend and Masters Mend 2. You disabled Manipulation in settings and you dont have any durability restoring skills. Since Miqo has no way to spend CP on durability she simply tries to bait good conditions with buffs on a few steps you gave her. So put MM and MM2 on hotbar.
– Verify that you have CS2 enabled in cross skills. Though i think Miqo shows a warning if you dont so this one shouldnt be an issue.

Sounds like you missed some settings or cross skills. Do you mind creating a new thread with more details?
Make a screen of solver settings you choose and attach a message log of the craft. Ill take a look and try to help.

Well ive been crafting ** and *** since release and had zero issues with solver. Its 100% optimized for endgame and im not sure why observe is a problem. Its very good when you bait conditions on Byregot step. Also if you dont like it you can simply remove observe from hotbar and solver will use something else instead.

But to answer your question yes its very easy to use a macro instead.

Just replace this line:
miqo += "solverPreset(recommended)\r\n";
With this:
miqo += "craftMacro(YOUR_MACRO)\r\n";

Yea very easy with scenario. Use sendIcon() function to click food and tea from your hotbar.

Of course why not. You dont have to follow a detailed path in the air to avoid obstacles. Just fly in the general direction of your destination. Use extra waypoints when on rocky terrain or when you want to split your navigation grid.

Umm sorry not sure didnt have that problem. Ive always placed them far so stopping wasnt an issue. The only waypoint that matters is the one next to gathering node. As long as you place it close enough it should be fine.
I think it depends on the angle the bot must rotate camera when moving. If its too sharp it must either stop or risk jumping into the pit. Try dropping your FPS (like alt-tabbing) it helps on sharp angles sometimes.

Doesnt really matter until it starts moving. In your case its standing still and looking for shinies in the log right? It means it doesnt know where to move.
Does it use Lay of the Land/Arbor Call/Truth? These are the senses.
