Make sure that you have single keys on movement and camera actions. No ctrl alt or stuff like that.

Dont do it in your house. Miqo doesnt work there. You have to go to the Gold Saucer and start there.

There are ways to force Miqo work in a house too but it will get you banned. There are server scripts monitoring your MGP income when youre in a private space. Gold Saucer is safer.

You can also change the slot number to target the items you want.

If you look at the message log you can notice that Miqo pauses to do a node scan. It takes half a second because she needs to find the next node and calculate the optimal route to it.

Assist mode doesnt have automatic targeting. Its designed to wait until you target something yourself.

Look in your Keybinds > System tab > scroll down > Switch to Hotbar. They should have something assigned as Miqo explains in the guide.

I find it too bothersome to file a report on anyone even if theyre using blatant hacks to the point of being stupid. Those are usually throwaway accounts anyway so no matter how many times you report it they will always come back.

As to the moral aspect.. I dont know. Is it hypocritical to mow a lawn? Probably the same thing. If you like doing it then why would anyone judge you.

You have lots of things in gather by name which takes priority over slot number. Delete all names from that and it will work.
