You can use Qitana Ravel up to level 90. Its a little slower than 81 dungeon but it works.

What about Hero’s gauntlet?
Despite being 5 levels lower, Qitana Ravel gives more xp than Hero’s Gauntlet. Endgame dungeons gives garbage xp.
