Thanks, I figured out the facing issue, I needed to have the auto-target option in the settings on.
Is there a basic tutorial for getting started with scenarios? It’s very new to me
Its possible, but you have to build your own scenario based on what job(s) You want to use. Take a look Here: https://miqobot.com/forum/forums/topic/index-scenarios/
And scroll down to Pre-combat scenarios, adjust it to your own presets and voila.
As far as fates go, I dont think its an option atm.
Hi,
just got the bot and the possibilities seem endless. The ShB gathering list is also great.
It sadly does not work for me, though. I can see that the grid is there, and my character moves to a node, but then I get the following error several times “Uhoh. There’s no key bound to action ‘Switch to Hotbar 3’.” and nothing happens aside from the camera spinning around.
I guess there is some kind of special keybind needed for this grid or miqobot gathering in general to work? Or is it an error on my end?
Thanks in advance.
The error log is literally telling you what you need to do to fix it. Assign a keybind to “switch to hotbar 3” and the bot will magically work again!
System > Keybinds > System > ????? > PROFIT
And btw, I believe these are the default keybinds in the game that miqo uses. You mustave switched it at some time or other.

No. You can calculate how much xp per dungeon you’re getting versus how much xp you need to level up, and adjust one of the many scenarios for squadron dungeons in the grids & presets section. But there currenty isnt one tailored to your specific requests, mostly because everyone is at different levels and making such a scenario would be redundant to most.
Make a separate macro for reuse/csII/CSIII (or w/e action you have on your macro after reuse, normally CSIII/CSII) and set that button on your hotbar.
/ac “reuse”
/ac “careful synthesis III”
If reuse procs, it’ll use it. Otherwise, it’ll complete the synth. That’s how my macro is set up:
/ac “Inner Quiet” <wait.2>
/ac “Delicate Synthesis” <wait.3>
/ac “Delicate Synthesis” <wait.3>
/ac “Delicate Synthesis” <wait.3>
/ac “Delicate Synthesis” <wait.3>
/ac “Delicate Synthesis” <wait.3>
/ac “Steady Hand II” <wait.2>
/ac “Advanced Touch” <wait.3>
/ac “Great Strides” <wait.2>
/ac “Byregot’s Blessing” <wait.3>
/ac Reuse <wait.2>
/ac “Careful Synthesis III” <wait.3>The problem is how do I just get miqo to just hit the macro button and then do nothing until its time to hit craft again? As it is now, miqo keeps spamming the macro button and throwing everything off.
Oh you have that on a macro, and having miqo push the macro button instead of doing the macro sequence in miqo? Yeah no idea, Lol Normally you’d enter a “,” after the macro so miqo knows to stop after the synth. But I only use miqo’s macro builder so I wouldnt really know how your set up’d work.
While we’re on the topic of the crafting solver, I have a question. How exactly can I use a macro with reuse, while using the macrocraft option? I’m trying to use a macro from Teamcraft that has reuse in the macro, and after I load up the key-sequence in the macro box, it always keeps trying to use reuse if it “fails”, and never moves on to the next key. Is there a way I can just have the macrocraft just hit the in-game macro button and then do nothing until the macro is finished and then make another craft?

/ac "reuse" /ac "careful synthesis III"

September 5, 2019 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Why doesnt my guy use collectors glove on scenarios? #17157i gather all day but its attended, and i switch spots often (actually leveling up). Then at night when i goto sleep i do the GC squads to level. Hopefully i dont get banned, but i doubt it since most of my botting is invisible (squads dungeons) and monitored when its not.
@snake when you say malestrom scenario im assuming the squads dungeon, any idea how anyone knows you were doing it, unless its the fallen out friend?
No real way to tell, unless you’re talking about it in game or with “friends”. All they can tell is that you’re spamming the same dungeon, and if they’re trying to engage you in conversation, and you arent replying, then its usually a safe bet that you’re botting. Tho all they can do is report you, and from what others are saying, a GM will try to confirm botting activity before proceeding.
20 Day suspension.. Jesus.
There’s literally any number of reasons why you could have been suspended. Were you an ass to anyone online? Exploited the game in any way? Issued a charge back on your credit card to SE? Lol
I’ve been literally running miqo to the ground for quite awhile now, crafting/gathering during the day and farming sands overnight. Been doing this for a couple of weeks. Havent gotten a single Gm tell (I always check the chat log), and No suspension whatsoever. Also have a friend that uses miqo, altho way more conservatively than I do, and hastn had any trouble at all either.
Still, 20 days.. I suspect this isnt your first suspension?
Do you by any chance know where I can get these macros?
Attached a couple of AutoHotKey scripts – these should cover endgame white crafts easily (given that you’ve got final crafting set melded with at least materia VI, maybe with some overmelds of materia IV). The first one is for 40 duration mats, the second – for actual 80-dur crafts. You can go for green facet stuff too, but it will require either quite decent melds, or some HQ intermediate mats. Scripts are pretty much self-explanatory, so you should be able to convert them into macroses manually just by taking skills used one by one.
😮
Interesting! How do these work? The last time I used AHK it was sending hotbar keys, but yours seeem to be using the skill names?
On topic. Yeah I’d really not wanna see miqo spend 5 months making the solver use the new skills. It works perfectly fine for leveling. I’d much rather see them implement Identical Gig/Pick Clean! Identical Gig is so damn strong its a shame it goes wasted when farming sands Q_Q
