I certainly understand how the list works, and I’ve attached an example screenshot of what I’m doing now. The problem is that in order to only desynth things that will allow me to level, I have to go through an online list of every possible drop, know which job it levels, and then create a list in miqobot(which doesn’t allow for sorting, deduping, etc). This means it’s an extremely tedious process that has to be redone for each leveling phase.

I know that this would always be considered a lower priority effort, but it also has the potential to be a very minimal amount of work to do(compared to other priorities).
What you want to do is have your macro set up like you are just using ageless/solid, but in-game, you make a macro and replace your normal ageless/solid skill with it. This way, miqo uses the “fake” skill, which executes both(in the event it procs).
In game skill replacement macro:
/micon "Ageless Words" /ac "Ageless Words" <wait.2> /ac "Wise to the World"
Something that may be of interest to those with conditions that make gaming harder is the fairly new Xbox Adaptive Controller that also can be used on PCs. It’s specifically been made for accessibility, so may be something to look into for other games! I know 1 person who has it, and she has said that it really helps her be able to do more, such as play games with her younger brother.

Is this likely to have been a problem if I was away from my desktop when it was happening? I had specifically been trying to get a timing estimate on how long the 150 crafts was going to take, so I just let it run and moved away to do other things. The computer wasn’t being interacted with, and the only other “intensive” thing up was a paused Twitch VOD and a paused Youtube video, other than maybe 20 random random tabs.
No reason to believe the mouse was moving extensively during this time, even though it is possible for small mouse movements due to random vibrations and the such. Good to know that minimizing the client is recommended, I typically just have it running low res windowed so I can view it while doing other things.
