I am sure that I am not the first to figure this out, but I figured out a work around for spearfishing (Requires MIQOBOT & Dalmud / AutoHook). I tried to see if anyone else did a write up for this, but couldn’t find anything.

1. Create or Use existing navigation grid for spearfishing (https://miqobot.com/forum/forums/topic/index-gathering-grids/#spearfishing)
2. Go into Dalmud / Autohook and enable Autogig (You can set specific fish or autohook everything)
3. Set MIQOBOT / Gathering to Spearfishing and your navigation grid. Start Gathering (You will get a message about spearfishing not working with Endwalker, but navigating the grid will still work, you will also get a message similar to this (4:58:33 PM) WARNING: Can’t change gig to: Small. No ‘Gig Head’ on hotbar :(.
4. Autohook will handle the actual gigging and MIQOBOT will do the navigating from Teeming waters to teeming waters.

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but if you leave the fishing scenario running will it over time get the Dauntless Treader 1, Dauntless Treader 2, Dauntless Treader 3, The Height of Angling, Fishers of a Feather, and An Ode to Angling achievements? Or is this mainly to get 500k points?

Just trying to determine if I can autopilot all of the Diadem fisher requirements or if I should manually do those (or is there a scenario for that?) before switching to this for finishing off the 500k afterwards.

Well first when the Chapter 2 starts, it tells me this in the log. The character just start running on the starting island near the fishing npc and tries to jump in the empty but is stuck there.

it no longer works, i’ve tried the following:
* deleting miqo
* deleting miqo data in C:\Users\{userName}\AppData\Local
* recreated fishing presets and scenarios
* using addFishMoochPreset ( … ) instead of moochPreset ( … )
* tried in many fishing areas.
* restarting my computer.

to note:
* addFishMoochPreset ( … ) and moochPreset ( … ) both work when fish === ‘none’.

current script:
bait(Mackerel Strip)
addFishMoochPreset(none, pre1)
addFishMoochPreset(puff-paya, pow3)
addFishMoochPreset(basilosaurus, pow3)
fish()

Sorry I am not sure where to ask this question at… But I am wondering if there is a scenario or something for the fishing relic for endwalker .. I found the mining an bnt . thank you for your time an help.

I’m trying to figure out how to best create a Fishing Scenario for catching complex fix.

For example, the Poxpike requires the following:
– Honey Worm Precision 1
– Silverfish Mootched Precision 1
– Goldfish Mooched Powerful 2
– Catch Poxpike

Here’s my scenario:

job(FSH)
bait(Honey Worm)
fishPreset(pre1)
moochPreset(Silverfish, pre1)
moochPreset(Goldfish, pow3)
fish()

But, if it fails to catch the Poxpike on moochPreset(Goldfish, pow3), it doesn’t reset to fishPreset(pre1). What’s best practice to restart the scenario? I know I can do something like fish(1) and then repeatChapter(999), but I don’t want it to catch useless fish to help Surface Slap.

Is there a good way to do this?

Just thinking made me realize, that I had “tried” using my “fix” after I gathered in another order than my grid ran, so my “untarget issue” fixed by itself. Thanks anyway. x: (11 nodes rule rules)

not sure if their is such a thing. just need a scenario for fisher that is specifically forfarming the 500k points. nothing else, thanks

I’ve been away for a while, but the last time I used Miqobot after Endwalker, she didn’t know about level 90 skills on crafters and gatherers. Is that still the case, or will she use them properly now? Mostly I’m interested in fishing, specifically.

I made fishing scenario with a fishing preset containing patience 2.
Usually it works perfect, but every 3-4 uses of patience 2 it doesnt reapply for about 1-2min, even if GP are full (900GP+),

Is that normal behavior, a bug or am i just missing something?

Would it be possible to add a box which specifies how many seconds before Miqobot hooks a catch. Currently there is no such timer but there are many fish that have a short window, for example some fish are unobtainable after ten seconds, so it would be cool to force miqobot to hook after ten seconds, and recast.

Is it possible to gather fishing collectables with miqo bot right now? Primarily the Foun Myhk and Echinos. If it is does anyone have a scenario for it that I could import.

Modified from scenarios found here in the forum. Tweaked for speed and efficiency.

1. One-for-all minimal custom grid (flying mount required)
2. Revised Endoceras fishing location
3. New fishing presets for Nepto Dragon

Some of the weather patterns are a PITA, so I am also providing carbuncleplushy.txt for import on their site. Makes tracking fishing times more efficient. No sense running scenario, or individual chapters, when the weather isn’t going to play nice 😉

Thanks for this scenario!

I also wanted to share a macro for the fishing relic small fish components (Platinum Seahorse for part 1 and Mirror Image for part 2) that will save bait and time. These fish can only be caught between 3 and 7 seconds, the other fish are longer.
