It’s a little different from server to server, it depends on how many crafters and gatherers are actively playing at that time.
I would recommend you check your marketboard and use the filter thing to sort by demand, that will show you what a lot of people buy at the moment. Lignum Vitae Log sells insanely fast on my server for example, sells for ~2k each.

Really? I’ve made the opposite observation.
Useless Alphinaud keeps walking into every aoe and randomly giving up his life.
Urianger has been more than good for me, especially as dps.

Probably dungeons with Trusts and Assist. I found it to be very effective if you have Heat of Battle 3 and food.

Either put branchdistance down or include the node in your farming route so that it farms whatever item the ephemeral node gives you. That’s how I solved it. Also wrong category.

We’re still on 5.01 so I can’t confortably say what you will need in 5.1 but for now, the vendor gear (crafted) in HQ should be sufficient. For gatherers at least.

Ohhh you meant for DoW/DoM, you have to check the local vendors in the areas. I know the local merchant in Twine sells level 74 gear. In Kholusia – Tomra sells level 78. I’d assume that Tempest would have the level 80 ones but I’m not sure, you’d have to check.
Everything else for DoL and DoH you can find in the Crystarium shops.

Can you explain the icon command? I can’t find it in the MiqoBot Command list.
How would you go about buffing Matcha and Tea?

Usually the highest level crafts sell the best in my experience.
It takes a lot of effort and time to get your gear to a point where you can comfortably craft about anything in HQ.
Not to mention that some of the crafter gear changes over the patches.
Melding is a bitch.
