    Are there any effective methods for SHB leveling with miqo? Squadrons seem slow and fate grinding with assist is probably the best option.

    Probably dungeons with Trusts and Assist. I found it to be very effective if you have Heat of Battle 3 and food.

    I kept dying in over and over in one of the dungeons. Maybe I will try again.

    Depends on your definition of effective.
    Fastest = Roulettes and highest dungeon spam.
    Least effort = Wait until Miqo releases Trust support.
