Success is largely dependent on your chocobo stats, how well its fed, and what build you use. Presets are just waypoints for the bot to follow, they dont really make your bird faster or smarter. Presets also dont fit all possible chocobo builds and sometimes they are tailored for specific stats and even specific network latency.
Have you tried racing with your chocobo manually? Are you able to win consistently? If so then you can simply record your own waypoints for Miqo to follow. If not then waypoints are not the issue and you should try feeding your chocobo. If this bird is temporary and you level it only for breeding purposes later then finishing always 1st place is not necessary. As long as youre getting exp you can simply continue racing regardless of win rate.
There is no progress. All development is stopped until the war ends. The bot is on life support. It receives only critical patch updates and only if the dev team can afford to spend time on it.

Miqo doesnt use any skills immediately from the start. She needs a confirmation that its possible to fish at this spot by casting the rod and seeing that it works. She will use patience 2 and everything else after hooking at least once.
From what i remember the game will punish you if you dont do it this way. If you reached the time limit at the current spot (‘The fish sense something amiss’) the game will waste your GP but wont allow you to fish anyway. So the logic Miqo follows seems quite reasonable.
Nope thats still the case. Miqo team are from Ukraine and the war started shortly after Endwalker. They are still trying to survive under constant russian bombings every night so development is not an option.

Yea it would be nice to have. I think its a good idea. Latest patches added quite a few nice things which Miqo could benefit from if the team were able to do them. But i dont think its either for us or them to decide whether its possible. Im pretty sure they would continue developing the bot if the war allowed them.
But alas things are still looking quite grim. From the devastating bombings of Odesa and to the minefields that according to reports will take 757 years to demine, it doesnt seem that the war in Ukraine is anywhere close to ending. And from what i read in another thread they live with constant sleep deprivation because Russia is launching missiles at night. A human body usually starts to break after 10 days of lack of sleep. Can you imagine the consequences when a whole nation is living like this for how long.. 17 months now?
I would be so glad to see new features in Miqo. But i dont think we should keep our hopes up. Its unlikely to happen in the near future.
