2 token rewards works perfect for me but the 3 token rewards misses about 85% of the markers which results in fails.

Also, for some reason its not letting me reset the start, so i keep getting errors to start at waypoint 6 and no matter what I do it always starts at that waypoint 6 now.

ONLY way i have found to fix this problem is delete the scenario and re-import it.

Patience is a virtue my friend, they’ve only just rolled out this new bot version, so no doubt they are working on another BETA version with another higher dungeon to farm pretty soon, it’ll probably be a dungeon around the 45-49 mark. The devs can see this combat bot is a BIG happy for the community so can’t see the release being any longer than 2 or 3 weeks away.

@lyfox I agree, though it IS slow going to hit 70 on Brayflox alone.

Ive basically stopped at 50 on all my battle classes/jobs, other than my main class which is 70, and worked on getting all lvl 50 Ironworks sets for them and augmented them all ready for the next dungeon release. πŸ˜€ Now i’m just working on crafting classes.

Dunno what YOUR reading but YES! my response above helps, you said.. “Any other methods of making β€œdecent” gil would be appreciated” so here it is.. my comment above broken down just for you.

    1. It tells you to go look in MBs to see what sells well and make or gather them to sell yourself, which the gathering can all be done with this amazing bot.

    2. It tells you that ores and herbs sell well, so you need to check MBs once again to see what sells, I can list you a couple right now that sells and is needed often, Silver Ore, Mythril Ore, Kopranickel Sand, Flax, are just a few. All these can be gathered with this bot.

    3. It tells you that people will inflate/deflate MBs prices depending on your server, so that needs to be kept an eye on by YOU by checking your sales often and seeing if people have undercut your prices cos THIS will certainly happen no matter the server you are on.

    4. It also tells you that you are able to get all your gear/equipment from dungeons, which saves you from spending Gil in MBs.

    5. Google really IS your friend, a simple search on google can find information about FF14 and guides to help you. In the time people post replies to your post you probably could have found plenty of Gil making guides/information/suggestions.

SO! the above 5 are ALL Tips to help you get Gil, typed easily for you to understand as my first post seemed to have went straight over your head.

Now, as for the “Gil is my own opinion”.. i’ve played the game since 1.0 you will soon enough learn that exactly what I said about Gil is true.. and a TON of people in game would agree that Gil is purely for exactly what I said it is for which you don’t actually need it to play through the entire game. I made a new character a couple of weeks ago, I have a few classes at lvl 70 now and I have NOT spent ONE Gil.. proof to me that you can do mainly anything in the game without Gil as long as you don’t want those Gil things I mentioned in the above post like minions, mounts, a house plot etc. As for gear for crafting classes DO your quests every 5 levels and you wont even need to buy pickaxe/hammers/alembics/gear etc.. simple! I WILL say this though, Gil does help in getting things done quicker.. like if you want to buy a stack of ore to get crafting done quicker to save you time gathering it yourself.. but it’s not necessary as long as you keep on top of your gathering/crafting yourself.

@lyfox As I stated, RMT you need to be careful of, anyone doing that is at risk of account banning so i did say “though i recommend you be wary of those sellers, never can be too careful depending on how they get their Gil and trade it to you.” RMT is very much not recommended, it’s just not worth losing your account over. I agree with you though, it’s best just to try and stay clear of RMT all together.. I mentioned it above cos it’s just another way to get Gil, at a risk may I add, and that’s what the OP was asking, ways to make Gil and I gave him/her another option, lol.

@akula AS for you asking about Desythn… http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/181498-Desynthesis-Endgame-Guide it’s 3.0 but for beginners it’s PERFECT as it lists a lot of things available by desything! your post is very vague on which class or job you are looking for a desynth guide for.. so if you google.. ‘FF14 Desynth Guide 4.4’.. it produces a LOT of desynth guide, now whether or not they are for 4.4 is another matter.. 4.4 was only released a few days ago and I doubt people are going to write a guide or give out information that quick.

SO! I hope above the above info breaks things down a little better for you and gives you help in getting what you want.

Well.. not really the place to be asking for Gil making tips a simple google search can produce you MANY ways to produce Gil in game in various forms and other methods.

But here it is.. how the game is structured you really just need to scan the MB’s to see what’s needed and sells well, you also need to take into account then the server your on due to population and the need of the items, like ores/herbs sell well on most servers.

Here’s another point i’d like to make, Gil is not really a necessary thing for the game unless your into buying every minion, land/house plot/upgrades, the three mounts in the auction and some other minor stuff, everything you would want you can get for free by just doing a few simple runs in dungeons/raids/hunts for gear, or farming for materials you need to craft, gear for the glam-rocker in you.

All Gil does really is speed things up for those too lazy to do stuff themselves or people who just want to be SPOON FED everything.. I agree that Gil makes things easier for crafters/collectors/Glam-rockers but other than that.. it’s useless. Being the fact that you use this bot it is safe to assume you have no issue with cheating so you could also just use gold sellers (though i recommend you be wary of those sellers, never can be too careful depending on how they get their Gil and trade it to you.)

Just want to applaud you with this Beta version, it’s worked perfectly so far for me.. I have tested 10 consecutive runs on..

White Mage, Machinist, Paladin, Black Mage and Thaumaturge.. all worked with no crashes or anything, fantastic achievement for a Beta, looking forward to more dungeons now πŸ™‚

Here’s two suggestions that you may want to take into consideration at a later date to add in..

    1. A way for the bot to run somewhere and repair gear say after every 4 or 5 consecutive runs.
    2. A way for the bot to head outside the room and hand in all the pink/green items to your bag for extra GC tokens.. say after every two or three runs. You could set it so this will only hand in items in pink/green items in your actual bag and not in your armor bag storage.. cos some of these dungeon items you might want to keep to use for other classes.

All in all it’s a nice piece of work you have done for this first dungeon, bring on a few more now πŸ˜€
