Yes, as we already mentioned, Rotations Customization feature will allow you to adjust openers and plan cooldowns with specific encounter and party synergy in mind.
This is the only way we know to achieve maximum performance in endgame raids.

Chatlog analysis, however, is the slowest of all possible trigger sources and it would impose significant performance penalty. Therefore we will be exploring alternative methods first, which are already implemented in other Miqobot features.

This message usually indicates that you move the mouse cursor when Miqobot is playing minigames.
Mouse cursor interferes with the ingame keyboard evaluation module and prevents Miqobot from aiming correctly.

This behavior is described in our basic tutorial on Minigames:

Also, if you are going to move your mouse in the foreground (for example scrolling through browser), we recommend that you switch Screen Mode to Windowed and minimize your game window.

Otherwise your mouse cursor will interfere, and Miqobot will not be able to push the minigame button. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to prevent this behaviour on our side, except for code injections (and we have no plans for implementing code injections).

I know you guys got a lot on your plate but you guys would be the best bot in the world if you can get potd and heaven on high automation worked out for 5.0 so we can use it for leveling whatever new class they introduce.

We will try to release as many features as possible until the Shadowbringers expansion.
    Thank you for your support!

Something Miqo said a bit ago here and then Arc said in another thread got me thinking. Miqo mentioned adding in a rotation builder right now would restrict things because of UI elements or something near that. Then Arc said something about the Scenario scripting being really easy, which I agree with.

Well, what if, even temporarily, the rotation and job customization stuff was all like the Scenario scripts…or even like writing in a .config file. Not a perfect solution but one that might not be too much work and can easily be expanded upon later. If it lets us put in a rotation, and allows skills to be kept on cooldown, that’s really all we need for the moment, right?

Yes, this is one of the methods we are planning to implement for custom rotations optimization.
However, regardless of the form it arrives in, the ability to customize rotations requires an additional layer on top of the basic functionality. The source code is currently undergoing constant modifications, and implementing any kind of customization at this stage might potentially result in a very unstable system.

We understand the demand and we assure you that new Combat features remain our topmost priority.
    Thank you for your request!

You just have to type in your combination as the example states when you hover your mouse cursor over the textbox ‘hotkey’ e,g ctrl+alt+shift+q

Thank you so much for explaining that I have to type the hotkey in text format.
You are a life saver. It works just as you said it would.

Im so used to hotkeys to be recorded by pressing the desired key or combination of keys.

    Thank you for reporting!
We will add a note in the guide that the Hotkey field expects user to type the key combination directly.

Assist mode with NIN in PotD, frequently it’ll try to cast Hoton during transference to the next floor. More often than not it fails to complete the cast before the load screen. Not a big deal at all but its an example of something that could be “fixed” by the user: If “Three seconds until transference.” is read in the log, then block Ninjutsu for 5 seconds. We definitely do not need a checkbox for something like this but a way to add in custom events that trigger behaviors would be great for countless applications.

This kind of customization would require chatlog analysis which is currently not supported. Though it goes beyond the scope of the Combat system, we will try to look into it after the basic functionality is complete.

In the meantime, if you don’t want Miqobot to refresh Huton out of battle, please disable “Heals and Buffs” setting.
    Thank you for your request!

With the new Aetheryte Earrings (30% XP ’til 70) releasing March 1st, it would be nice to have a level 60 dungeon by then~

We will do our best to make as much progress as possible.

In this case, all you have to do is enter your license code on Catnip tab.
According to our logging system, you haven’t done so.

We are very sorry, but we haven’t managed to restore our trial mode yet.
There has been a lot of changes in Patch 4.5 and we are still in the process of implementing important hotfixes and feature upgrades.

We would kindly ask you to come back in a few weeks after the dust settles a bit. Hopefully we’ll be able to restore the trial mode by then.
    We sincerely apologize for inconvenience.

Thank you for your interest in Miqobot project very much!

    Thank you very much!
Unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce the issue with Transpose using your keybind settings.

We can see, however, that you have not removed Chat keybinds as we instructed in the guide on Assist Mode. There are two potential keybind conflicts which can be triggered when Miqobot presses Alt to access actions on your hotbar.

But they are not related to W key and therefore can not cause this problem.
If there is any additional information about other keys you have problem with, please let us know.

Thank you for providing additional information.
We were able to reproduce it only for long casting spells, but we could not identify any issues with instant spells like Transpose. It appears there is a second trigger for this bug as well.

Would you please locate your KEYBIND.DAT and HOTBAR.DAT in the game configuration folder and upload them for further investigation? (Don’t forget to archive the files beforehand.)

Thank you for confirming that it’s not related to “Blind Positionals” setting.
Would you also please verify whether your character is casting anything at this moment?

If it still doesn’t help and you encounter this behavior again, then please verify that you have no keybind conflicts with W key.
For example, if you assign Alt+W to a hotbar icon, then it is physically impossible to press W and Alt+W at the same time. Only one action will be registered by the game and it will automatically deactivate any movement.

We believe we have identified the bug.

The moment it is most likely happening is when the enemy in your target dies. This is when the combat AI finalizes the movement logic.
Would you please try to enable “Blind Positionals” in Assist Mode settings, does it alleviate the issue?

This is indeed a unique bug which has not been reported by anybody else. Would you please give us more information for investigation?

    1. Enable Assist Mode and reproduce this behaviour by clicking on the chat box several times in a row.
    2. Please make a screenshot of Miqobot window with Assist Mode settings displayed.
    3. Please copy the complete message log from the Output Area to a text file. (Starting from “Hello! I am your Miqobot!”)
    4. Send the screenshot and the message log to us.
You can either attach them to your next post here, or contact our Tech Support directly: https://miqobot.com/#support

Thank you for your assistance very much!

In order to use Miqobot, you have to start the game in DirectX 11 mode.
    Please follow these steps:

    1. Exit the game, if it is running.
    2. Start the Final Fantasy XIV Launcher.
    3. In the bottom of the Launcher, press Config.
    4. Toggle the DirectX 11 switch to On.

    It should look like this:

    DX11 Switch

After that, login and start the game as usual.

Thank you for informing us that you’ve managed to identify the first part of your issue.

*Note: removed timestamps because i am paranoid they can be used to identify me.

We are very sorry, but timestamps are a vital part of the message log. Without them we can not analyze the time periods it took Miqobot to perform certain tasks.

We would recommend to contact our Tech Support directly: https://miqobot.com/#support
Email support is completely private and confidential.

For now, we can only give general recommendations that might or might not help you, because we can not fully investigate the problem.
    Please try the following solutions:

    1. Do you move the mouse cursor when this issue occurs?
If so, then please try to let it stay still for 10-15 seconds. Mouse cursor interferes with the ingame keyboard evaluation module and prevents Miqobot from aiming correctly. If it helps, then please consider switching the game to Windowed mode and minimizing it.
This issue is described in our basic tutorial on Minigames:

Also, if you are going to move your mouse in the foreground (for example scrolling through browser), we recommend that you switch Screen Mode to Windowed and minimize your game window.

Otherwise your mouse cursor will interfere, and Miqobot will not be able to push the minigame button. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to prevent this behaviour on our side, except for code injections (and we have no plans for implementing code injections).

    2. What FPS do you run the game at?
To get consistent results in Minigames we recommend having at least 60 FPS. At lower FPS, it is much harder for Miqobot to aim, and at certain marker speeds she might not be able to align the marker at all which may seem like she stopped playing.
This issue is also described in the tutorial on Minigames:

Minigames AI utilizes a special aiming algorithm, which relies heavily on your ingame FPS.
It tracks the marker movement and predicts its position at the next frame in order to detect the best moment to push the button. In other words, Miqobot aims very much like a human player does.
So the lower your FPS is – the harder it is to aim.

To get consistent results we recommend having at least 60 FPS. Miqobot can perform at lower FPS, but your win rate will decrease.
