I was reading somewhere that someone mentioned a user had a plugin or bot that allowed them to see what chest in Palace of the Dead or HoH were Mimics, Traps etc and were able to avoid them as well as detect traps and so on.
Does Miqobot have this type of functionality?
Im really interested din it but want to see if it has any features like this.

Yes, there was such feature in Miqobot in the past, but unfortunately it doesn’t exist anymore.
It was abused and used indiscreetly and because of this Square Enix fixed PotD more than four years ago.
From now on, traps and hoards are evaluated server side and only pomanders will reveal them. You can still see them through the walls on 3D Radar, but only after the pomander is used.However, our community asked us to implement a special algorithm which collects Trap and Hoard locations from all Miqobot clients and sends them to our server.
This feature is now called “show known trap locations” which you can activate in Advanced Settings.Here is a list of threads describing said events in chronological order:
- Traps are removed from game client (Nov 15, 2016)
- Discussion on new Traps database (Nov 16, 2016)
- Data collection in progress (Dec 25, 2016)
- Accursed Hoards are removed from game client (Jan 20, 2017)
- Request for additional Hoards database (Jan 31, 2017)
- Analysis report and recommended method to earn “Of the Sixth Sense” achievement (Feb 27, 2017)
- Mimics and exploding coffers are removed from game client (May 24, 2018)
In short, it is no longer possible to cheat in Palace of the Dead.
