Thanks for reporting it to me again, as always! Sorry it took some time. I modified the route from that point, it shouldn’t happen anymore. Let me know if there’s anything else!
The pack has also been updated to fix the silver and mythril ores.

Added the following:
MIN25-Silver ore Safe: Effervescent Water, Silver Ore, Ice Shard MIN15-Cinnabar: Iron Sand, Cinnabar, Copper Sand, Water Shard MIN20-Grade 1 Carbonized: Grade 1 Carbonized Matter, Fire Shard
The silver ore one was made when I was a higher level so I didn’t add any stealths onto it. I went ahead and remade a whole new one keeping stealth in mind. That grid is labeled “Safe” while the old is labeled “Speed”.
I also added the other two you requested but as my gatherers are too high level now, I’m not able to test those stealths extensively. If anything, please report them here and I’ll fix them ASAP. Good luck!

Updated to 1.1.
Added the following:
MIN55-Raw Star Ruby: Raw Star Sapphire, Raw Star Ruby, Titanium Ore (Hidden) BTN55-Dark Chestnut Log: Dark Chestnut, Dark Chestnut Branch, Fire Crystal, Dark Chestnut Log BTN60-Birch Log: Birch Log (Hidden), Birch Branch, Water Crystal, Birch Sap, Cloud Mushroom, Wind Widow
For hidden items, use gather by name feature in the Miqobot beta!
As Lyfox said is correct, go to the area and mine it once first. Figure out the slots, slot information would be too much to fit into the description box.
I recommend heading over to the area first, mine it at least once to figure out the slot. Once you’ve figured out the slot number, go to the gathering section and input your slot and click start. You should be within waypoint LOS so clicking start from there should work. If it doesn’t, check your grids again to make sure you’ve selected the correct one.
To make grids quick and efficient, you have to know and tell miqobot the best routes to get around while being safe. For your points problem, you could lower your branch size and place points right next to a node. This way it’ll look more fluent and not “botlike” since miqobot tends to sprint towards a node if you have auto sprint on. Though I like to have it on for my stealth routes.
I recommend gathering a few times from the nodes yourself and remember your routes and how you get there. Do you mount to get there? Jump off a cliff but go around to get back up? Remember all of that and tell miqobot. She’ll copy you exactly if you make the grids right.
