It seems like the solver isn’t detecting condition. Not just with Precise Touch.

Ninja also now only successfully completes Mudras about 40% of the time where it was almost always 100% before.

Yes, the first thing I tried was disabling all the plugins. Also the plugins weren’t an issue before the last patch.
