    could we get just a simple, spearfishing skill profil for the gathering mode?
    i already did some navigations mash and it works great and the bot works underwater same as normal even get outside water without any problems.
    the bot also notice the spearfish nodes he just dunno how to gathering them because he simple miss the skills setting for me.
    it would be nice to have an update on that.

    No, there is no ETA of Combat support. At the moment Miqobot offers only non-Combat activities:

    • Fishing
    • Gathering
    • Crafting
    • Desynthesis
    • Chocobo Racing
    • MGP Minigames
    • 3D Radar
    • 3D Editor
    • Scenario Engine

    Combat support is planned for v1.3.x series of Miqobot.

    Ala Mhigan Ribbon
    Sweatfish
    Whitehorse
    Steelshark

    gathering, specifically for legendary nodes. I don’t think fishing uses a grid o-o

    Are there any fishing scenarios for leveling? Even if it’s just fish for 45 minutes, leave zone, return, travel to fishing spot, and repeat?

    Good day all! I’m currently trialling Miqobot, so far loving the fishing functionality.

    I’ve tried gathering with it on my Miner at Lv60 but every Grid I try is choosing the wrong item to mine for.
    E.g. I’ve used a “MIN60-Hardsilver Ore” grid and it keeps going for these Dated Coins.
    The same happened with a grid for Aurum regis sand that i got from this forum, it went for Wind crystals instead.
    Possibly it keeps scrolling up a certain number of times to choose the same slot on every attempt.

    I’ve had a hunt through the forums but can’t see anyone with a similar issue. I’ve tried to make sure my keybinds aren’t being a problem, everything else is working wonderfully.

    Nothing is 100% confirmed for 61+ content 🙂
    As we already mentioned, Miqobot was not tested with 61+ and may perform unpredictably.

    It is indeed possible that fishing in Stormblood has changed and Precision Hookset now applies to a wider variety of fish.

    Thank you for reporting the issue very much.
    We will research new mechanics and implement the necessary adjustments in Upgrade Stage 2.

    Unfortunately all easy features are already implemented.

    Spearfishing equals in complexity to Crafting Solver upgrade, because it involves an entirely new mechanic which requires thorough research. In addition, it can only be released after swimming navigation support which is a separate feature on its own.

    But as we already said, the number of stages and priorities within each one are subject to change.
    Most likely there will be more than two upgrade stages.

    We still can not provide any ETA or numeric progress. But we are doing our best to release the necessary Stormblood upgrades as fast as possible.

    I’m a bit greedy here, but how about the idea of making an update 1.5 with “easier to implement” features such as spearfishing and support new dol/doh skills in rotation? Especially spearfishing as the best raid food is locked behind it.

    Old craft solver works like a wonder for now and you guys can have all of time in the world to calculate the maths for the new skills.

    I shut her down for a moment to restart my PC, though I don’t think there was anything too outstanding in the logs. The fish I’m trying to catch (Samurai Fish) apparently can only be caught using Precision and is a medium tug according to some comments I have seen. I’m still trying to get a hang of fishing in the game, but does Precision really only work on small tugs then? That may explain it.

    I have 2 questions.

    Is there a way to skip cutscenes elegantly?

    Also, is there a way to randomize waypoint destinations? This might be particularly useful for fishing to get around the overfishing protection. I could get around this by having mostly redundant chapters, but I’m just wondering.
