I found healing is slow or laggy, personally, I think the heal triggers are set to low in miqo, many times the tank will get below 50% health before miqo decides to heal, then it has to play catch up as the tank hovers around 10-25% health. When playing SCH, it is more about preventing damage and to over heal with shields and such. When it comes to SMN dmg, I am always #1 unless someone has the i500 gear and knows their job as I have i480 gear, I always beat others with the same level gear as smn. I turn on heals and buffs with SMN and it will raise before anyone gets a chance, I always tell my party ahead of time I will raise the first person so the healer can save mp and their swift cast for emergency.
I have multiple screens and I keep ffxiv open as I play other games or watch tv for this purpose, especially when I am botting for long periods. I set my filters so I only get chat requests with timestamps and this way I can spot it and reply instantly. When collecting MGP switch it up, do mini-games for a while then do choco racing, once in a while do gate instances. When gathering /wave to other gatherers, craft in your room with no one around. Simple steps and no one will be the wiser.
I am SMN main and as soon as Bahamut is done, I manually use firebird trance and for the 30 seconds it is up I will manually use the skills associated with firebird trance, once the skills are done I let Miqo take over. One thing I have noticed is Miqo will not use ruinn4 when it is up, and you have to manually use that too. You can override Miqo without turning it off by spamming the skill you want to use. I am always damage leader by a good margin, I was before I started using Miqo too, so I knew what skills to manually use and when to override Miqo.
On SCH, Miqo is not the best healer, and I often have to manually hit certain skills in an emergency, especially aoe heal skills.
