- Auto Switching Classes is still under research. There seems to be no easy way to identify the class of the race currently in progress. Miqobot allows starting Chocobo Racing bot in the middle of the race, and we wouldn’t want to remove this feature.
It might require more time to find a proper solution.
Also, have we missed a third feature request?
Do you also want an additional option for assigning track name for each waypoints?At the moment, Miqobot stores all tracks (Sagolii Road, Costa del Sol, Tranquil Paths) within a single waypoints preset. And she selects the required track automatically.
Should this feature be altered?I have used the new feature for the timing of the abilities. It helps a lot, thank you!
Thanks for continuing to look into the class selection. It’s not super important now that I have a max pedigree and rank chocobo but it would have been very useful when leveling up to get to pedigree 9.
I can’t remember what my other request was. When I do, I will post it. I was unaware that you could combine track waypoints into the same waypoint record. That is useful to know. It might be nice to have an indicator on which tracks are saved into a waypoint set. I suppose I could just edit the name and include a letter for each track (S C and T). I have been putting an S in mine for Sagoli road.
I vote for timing abilities. that one would be very nice.
But Im not so sure about switching race classes. For me the default R60 Miqo waypoints worked pretty well up to R100. And when I made R120 preset it took me all the way to R160 without breaking a sweat. I posted my waypoints in another thread so feel free to try them out. I see your point that not having an auto-switch makes you come back from AFK often to switch manually. But then Id also ask for a multi selection auto-switch and Im afraid we would end up with something very confusing and hard to setup. Lets hear the devs response of course but imo making a universal preset seems more reasonable.I saw your waypoints, I did try them but ended up making my own. I have an R-300 for Sagoli Rd that is pretty good. I get 1-3rd pretty regularly with my P-9. I don’t think it would be too complicated for the request. At least not the way I am envisioning the set up. Just two extra options to set for track and class. But, it’s out of my hands. 🙂
