Repair with npc after Squadron run

Is there a way to make a scenario that would use repairNPC() after finishing a run with the squadron? My regiment is located in New Gridania.

Take a look here:

Immortal Flame Squadron Scenario

Chapter 3 has the scrip to direct your character to the repairNPC, just uncomment the chapter and voila.
