With the new patch you need the Artisanal mats right ? so i let the thing run with only artisanal as a gather “name” , but now as soon as he reaches the new oddly added stuff, he mines nothing but oddly jade until the end of time. Any way to work around that ? i get like 40 artisanal mats and then he just goes off to farm jade until he dies of old age :(.

farms jade? jade is a gathering option in the diadem? i dont recall ever seeing it
can you send a screen shot of your gatheirn preset it could be something typed in wrong

it is one of the new gathering relic oddly materials that is obtainable in diadem “oddly delicated raw jade”. My guess: since it got added the scenario probably targets that node instead of completing with the other ones. i added “oddly” into the gather by name tab after artisanal , cuz otherwise it would just sit at the node trying to hit an empty slot. But now that he gathers the jade, he is not stopping gathering said jade.

He does like 10-20 spots of artisanal stuff and then just skates off to farm jade until he dies of age 😛

intresting and is the jade in the normal gathering nodes or did they intoduce special nodes for it?

i see now… we are screwed the game is reading the jade nodes down on the lower islands as closer then the normal nodes ( game only looks at X,Y, cords when looking for closest node no Zcords this looks to only affect people who have unlocked it though thies nodes are there but they are never active for me becuse i never unlocked it

long story short its looking like unlocking the oddly specific jade is a miqobot diadem braker

i am not touching diadem outside of your (otherwise godlike, good job btw) introduced scenarios, so i can’t really tell. Lets hope others that are smarter than me on that field will answer that. I can add a screenshoot as soon as i go back to it.

my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined 🙁 little hope for the botanists tho, so far no oddly nodes in sight. So maybe the botanist stuff still works

It’s tied to the gathering relic. No gathering relic? No nodes.

Isnt that fixable with a few scenario lines? Instead of gather(40) you can do something like

gather(18)
waypoint(578)
gather(22)

So instead of relying on Lay of the Land you tell her to go straight to the upper island. Seems like an easy fix.

Sounds like Miqo switched to another bar to use something and you don’t have a keybind set to swap back to hotbar 1, so Miqo can’t switch back to hotbar 1 which is the default position.

is a keybinding issue in your keybinding settings
first go to keybindings by hitting esc key then

then go to the System tab

as you can see you can make the key binding anything you want

i am testing this now need to make sure that with the time added for travel that there is still sufficient time for Miqobot to finish the scenario and not be forced out of the diadem becuse of the timer

do i need to switch my keybinds around or what should i do?

is a keybinding issue in your keybinding settings
first go to keybindings by hitting esc key then

then go to the System tab

as you can see you can make the key binding anything you want

Sounds like Miqo switched to another bar to use something and you don’t have a keybind set to swap back to hotbar 1, so Miqo can’t switch back to hotbar 1 which is the default position.
