    Sorry for badly worded title. Basically, I’m trying to make a grid that is able to traverse Alex 1 normal intro area into the boss arena. But the issue is the obstacles to get to the arena change whenever you go in. I made the grid have different paths based on the layout of the area, but it doesn’t choose the one without obstacles in the way. Is there a way to tell miqobot to choose the path without obstacles in the way? Or is there some other way I don’t know of that can achieve this.

    I think you’ll find your answer here, I’m pretty sure you need to change the lines color for the path to avoid.
