    Fairly straightforward question concerning the Wondrous Tails book. Is it possible to discern what sticker each duty will reward you with?

    I’m willing to bet it’s all server-sided, but I’ve been surprised before. Miqobot, eorzean mythbuster extraordinaire, do you happen to know the innards of how the book works, and if it can be predicted in any way?

    99% its server side. Same as /random and loot rolls. Otherwise somebody would figure it out by now. Like palace radar is all over the reddit.
    Imo tails is just a lottery, not even a weekly farm. Everything there can be bought with gil and Miqo already offers quite a few ways to farm good gil.

    Yes, it is server side.
    It doesn’t matter in what order you complete duties from the book, stickers you receive will always be random. Furthermore, the decision is made only when you click on a complete duty. The server will roll a random number for you and reward you with a sticker that matches it.

    Predicting this would be as complex as implementing Roll Solver.
