Little Tip on Using the Trusts or any sort of way you’re earning EXP.
Remember to Equip items that grand extra EXP, AKA: Menphina’s Earring ect.
Even if your Level for said Class is above the specified cut-off (in this Case Lvl.80)
So long as your Character is below the Cutoff after Level-Synch, you will receive the full bonus!

I found out about this as I was leveling my last class to 90, did help shorten the leveling grind, but could’ve spared me a few weeks of grinding lol. Great tip!
