    Is there a way for Miqo to not use scenario mode? Its cool the first few times to see Exarch but they are capped to level 71 and cannot go any higher. I havent done enough testing but from prelim numbers their damage sucks compared to leveled up NPCs at cap for Holminster.

    It unlocks when you have all trust NPCs at level 80

    Just select the non scenario mode and enter the dungeon manually. It will default to that just like when you chose a squadron it will default to what you have selected.
