    I have checked the “Heals and buffs” box, and have the ability shortcut out on the screen already. But seems like it never uses it. Also, it never heals any teammates. I am using Arcanist.

    Arcanist’s Physick is not part of the rotation.
    It is a weak GCD spell which comes at the cost of reduced DPS and stops being efficient at level 20.
