regarding hotkey modifiers

right now im trying to set shift w to pause the blind positional but im not sure what way to label it as hitting shift and w in the ui just registers a capital w

the blind positionals key doesnt seem work for me. anyone can help? i set it to shift+{pause}
but even when i set it to a random number or letter key it still doesnt work

It starts working after you click start. Just like pause.
