On March 24, DigitalOcean’s DNS servers collapsed.
All at once.
A lot of companies worldwide suffered from 4 hours of absolute downtime without any means to reach their customers.
You can read about this at DigitalOcean Status twitter.At the time of writing, DigitalOcean reports that all systems are operational.
There was nothing we could do about it. And still we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident.
We have reset all trials that were active during the downtime.
We have also extended all active subscriptions by 48 hours in order to compensate for the outage.We are very grateful for your unceasing support.
We believe that with your help Miqobot will become the most advanced bot for FFXIV, saving thousands of hours of players lives, and let us all spend more time with our families and loved ones.
